Claudio Fannieri Posted 9 July 2025 Posted 9 July 2025 Next Leicester manager market on oddschecker has now disappeared so looks like it is happening or at least bookies are fairly confident it’s done and dusted.

I’d fully admit that 😆 I try not to be the sort of person to correct grammar on a football discussion forum. If, however, you are that sort of person then that’s ok - as long as you make sure that you are (yourself) correct. Edited 9 July 2025 by Jobyfox 2

Popular Post Stadt Posted 9 July 2025 Popular Post Posted 9 July 2025 Rolling xG and xGA chart from QPR's 2023-24 season. He sorted their defence out immediately, in his first 7 games they conceded sub 1 xG in all of them (the chart is a rolling average so doesn't look like it on there. Ended up at about 0.24 xGD per 90 which would have had them 7th (on xGD) over the course of the season. Less good last season and his transfer business is pretty mixed but they haven't had too much to spend. 8 1

Probably the one position we don't have a player that suits his overall style. https://youtu.be/SCaJneNJB74?si=7fmb6oAuVSnW-GR8 Is jordan ayew a joke to you? 1 1

It’s not expressly stated, but it’s reasonable to assume that “money” was the implied noun in the quoted phrase. Money is an uncountable noun and, therefore, the correct determiner would be “less” 1 hour ago, Lesta Legend said: Nerd 45 minutes ago, MrLuke said: Definitely less. I think a simplistic version of explaining to anyone that is interested on Marti’s style without going into too much detail is Liverpool under Arne Slot. Very very similar philosophies from an each position identity but also very solid defensively which shouldn’t be ignored. Close to no money means he will be okay here. Solid defensively when we have Faes and Vestegaard may be abit of a problem.

With the way they finished the previous season they were an outside bet for top 6. Disappointing over the course of a season. Same as Wednesday were.
Outfox the Fox Posted 9 July 2025 Posted 9 July 2025 https://www.londonworld.com/sport/football/qpr/qpr-negotiating-leicester-city-cifuentes-5215978 We're in discussions with QPR, to get Xavi Calm in, as Cifuentes' Assistant. So sounds like 'the Management team' could be on the horizon.

Yeah it’s strange, I think in both cases they just have crap squads. Nobody at QPR really scored any goals - there’s only so much a manager can do with sub par forward players. Cifuentes’ other teams seem to have been fine in that regard.
