If you were to become the new manager what would you do?

Would view all last seasons games to get an idea of the squad?

Would talk to all the players to get their views?

Would you see them in training to see if they are any good?

Would you go on Foxes Talk to Get an insight as to where the fans think it's all gone wrong?

Instantly try to get rid of the what you consider dead wood?

 

What are your suggestions?

I wouldn't because it's a daft concept but it's a rare instance here where you'd probably end up better prepared than if you didn't.

For any of us who have ever played football manager, the current challenge the club faces would be one hell of a quest! 

 

For me; 

 

- Request a meeting with the board and insist on P45's for Whelan and Rudkin (not without making sure a set of fans are down the road ready to give him a kicking)

- Appoint Ricky P Captain

- Tie Andy King down as no.2 and bring in Chris Powell as First team coach, put Robert Huth in as DOF and bring Sharky and Wes in to support on player recruitment and scouting. 

- Get overview from AK on dynamic and player attitude, anyone who is lazy or late for training, messing about on social media et al, fine, fine again and eventually get rid.

- Ship out Faes, Kristiansen, Soumare, Skipp, Ayew, BDCR and Daka

-  Inter-squad 11 a side, to see who's up for it or who's there for the reddies.

 

BRING BACK VARDY!

Get Dakas eyesight and hearing checked. Due to his poor balance and miss timing.

 

Have Danny Ward and Conrad login in as the seat maintenance team as they must know everything about them.

@Loxm - Then I will make them sit through @StriderHiryu tactical analysis to show the bozo season we had and then listen to Lukes on BTG rants about how poor they are and his mild opinions.

I would look at the championship winning season and replicate, rotating the important wide players now we have plenty .
