I’ve just come back from watching Coldplay.
Chris Martin is 48 and looks faster than this bum.

Are they still doing the fan cam?

I recall being somewhat underwhelmed when we signed Ulloa from Brighton, and he was bloody brilliant for us.  I was positive about the signings of Daka and Nacho, so what the hell do I know?  Gerrimin.

Wasn’t very clever that….

This signing makes no sense.

The numbers stack up about as well as the Coulibally transfer. Eduoard had a better goal scoring record.

54 goals in 120 career starts, loan with a buy option. What are you expecting?

A forward that is guaranteed to start week in, week out and hopefully we don’t take the option to buy.

Dakas would score more in the MLS.

The Championship overall is much higher standard and he wont put anything like those numbers up if he joins us. In fact, I doubt we’ll see much of him.

I'm in the school of people that cringes every time we buy a striker that can't run the 100m in Olympic qualifying time. I love a bit of mobility up top.

Even I think Carranza looks a decent enough move relative to our current position. Certainly better than I was expecting.

I joked but I honestly did think we might offer Bamford like a four year deal.

Carranza looks like someone you have to actually create chances for, which is obviously concerning, but he also seems to put a shift in, is strong with decent balance and is an alright technical finisher?

Seems fine. Looks Piroeesque.

Obviously stats and previous goalscoring records are important but Daka was purchased having scored 27 goals in 28 games for Salzburg and he can’t hit a barn door for us.

So if it happens let’s just see how it goes I guess

Piroe comparison is excellent. Didn't have bags of goals before coming over, was obviously a bit younger but still, you just never know, and if it's a loan with option then the only risk is our wingers stop scoring and we have no strikers to score :P
