Apart from the goal conceded (Vestergaard being weak as piss, in a weird position) the center backs didn't have a bad game.

Hamza nearly gifted them a goal. Drop.

Kristiansen always looks lost.

Carranza looks like he'll never get up to speed.

James and Winks look class at this level.

Fatawu and Monga need repetitive shooting practice.

Daka needs another chance to start

I think he's massively playing for himself - he's constantly looking for that cut inside shot into the top bag so he can do a little dance - he needs to be more of a team player. He was ****ing rubbish last night

I said in the summer he turns up once every other game, but the issue for us is he is the only player that carries any threat. But it's the same thing from him, cut inside and shoot, he needs to do different things and go on the outside too.

3-4-1-2

Stolarczyk

Nelson

Vestergaard

Okoli

Fatawu

Winks

James

Monga

Daka

Carranza

We need our most creative players on the pitch together. Having Fatawu, Mavididi and Monga on the wings and centrally will provide us with more of a threat.

Way too attacking - that team would absolutely get rinsed on the counter, especially in the wide areas.

Besides, I think we've seen the template with Marti - I don't think he'll stray too far away from it.

Should always be 4 in the box with one winger crossing it in or pulling it back

Against Wrexham, a team that sat back, for what  it was, the system was fine. We created chances, Bobby supported Daka well. We occupied them in the right places. Wasteful at times maybe but we dominated for long periods and they carried little threat. Their best chance came from a horrendous mistake.

The problem in that game was the change up of the formation, leaving Daka isolated and us no longer occupying them in the right places.

in addition Skipp being a lazy useless shitbag,

The formation and team doesn’t have to change significantly against Swansea from the team that started. The manager needs to sit on his hands and not be a coward.

Id start with the team that started v Wrexham. If Bobby tires, bring on either Ayew or Ramsey. If the middle tires, bring on Soumare.

Little more overlapping from James and Bobby or Ramsey. Opening up space for wingers.

potential changes: Mavididi depending on Monga’s fitness. Khrisitiansen for Thomas but to be fair they are both shit. 10 between Ramsey and Bobby. Keep Daka - buy him some glasses. Riccy for Hamza

Do not touch the centre two in James and Winks.

Don’t try and be too ****ing clever Marti.

How bad must some of our players train that they can't make the squad let alone start.

Does none of them have any passion or respect for us. Or is Marti just blind and stupid?

Not perfect but it's something to start with.

I bet he reverts to something similar to the WBA game, so welcome back Soumare and Ayew.

Sick to death of Faes and Vestergaard. Our defensive numbers really aren't that good - Stolarczyk's actually got the best goals prevented stat in the division which tells you our defensive record is down to him rather than that lot. Okoli I'm not convinced by but I give him a slightly bigger chance of being an asset to us than the other two so run with him for now.

Happily see Ramsey start but actually think Reid had a decent game and he's got slightly less of a rap sheet than some of the others, if we're being totally fair, he probably stays in over somebody who got a red card after half an hour on their debut.

Give Carranza a run. He's looked shit but he's not played a total of 90 minutes for us yet.

Don't care on left back. Don't like either. Priority for January.

Passing football at the back is so dull and draining to watch. It invites pressure and when a mistake is made it can be costly, like we have found out. I suppose we don't have the creativity to do that, or the brains. The best tmove of the season was our goal on Tuesday. Quick decisive passing.

Football is becoming boring and this league is so poor, and the worrying thing is, we look like we belong here.

Honestly not sure I care, it will be a shit lineup, we will play shit, one of the players will do something stupid to make us concede, we will create nothing, what little we do create will be put into the stands, we will drop points again

Exactly how I feel at the moment,  whatever happens its all a bit..meh.

The enjoyment for me has just about gone, and the sad thing is I'm not too bothered.

Agreed. In 2023/24 Abdul obliterated the Championship record for big chances created. He managed to make 32 in 2,828 minutes. A big chance every 88 minutes.

This season he's made 1 big chance in 679 minutes.

The drop off in terms of creativity is massive.
