Could be right, could be wrong but whilst King Power don't actually have to tell us anything, they know they absolutely need to. Has Top learnt anything from his Dad? It's not good enough having to rely on John Percy to feed us snipets occassionally.

Popular Post LVFox Posted 2 January Popular Post Posted 2 January To summarise it, We have an ineffectual coach, coaching a poor squad (both attitude and technical ability), assembled by an awful recruitment team, led by owners/senior figures who have financially ruined us, to the point where we can’t correct either the coach or the playing squad. It’s a perpetual cycle of shit really isn’t it. 12
Marshall Cockney Fox Posted 2 January Posted 2 January In my view, there are two main facets to management. Tactical acumen and motivation/leadership. This fella possesses neither. I know we are scared of another management change. But seriously Marti's deficiencies are so glaring we have no choice. He will take us only one way. Yes the players are being @#££'s. But its evident they also have little faith in Marti 1

I agree, the saga needs to end one way or another for us to progress. 1
ian__marshall Posted 2 January Posted 2 January The more I think about his comments last night the more it boils my ****. If he's going to come out with comments like that he needs to have the courage to follow through and explain what issues he's referring to. If there's a genuine reason as to why he can't speak openly then he needs to have greater restraint and not just casually drop it into interviews. It feels very much like a distraction attempt to divert attention away from his inability to handle the situation. He's out of his depth, it's as simple as that. You can have all of the issues under the sun, but that doesn't excuse players showing no professional pride, a lack of organisation in terms of team shape, lack of concentration, etc. I don't recall any such comments after the Derby game which was merely a few days earlier. Let's be honest, at the best of times this club is incredibly slow, let alone over the Christmas period. Top's been AWOL for months, so for the situation to have suddenly deteriorated so dramatically in a matter of days is very unlikely and seems very convenient given the performance yesterday. 1
FLAN Posted 2 January Posted 2 January Remember RVN not being spoke to by them for a couple of months. Could the same be happening here? 2
Gav_LCFC14 Posted 2 January Posted 2 January (edited) Overstayed by about 2 months, exact same mistake KPFC has made in the past and promised they would never do again. Marti will always be stain on this club. Edited 2 January by Gav_LCFC14

Trent Steel Posted 2 January Posted 2 January No point sacking him. When we get those 2 points deductions from the PL & EFL we will be down to league 1. Get rid over the summer and start a club reset.
Jazzy_Jeff Posted 2 January Posted 2 January I couldn’t watch the game last night (thankfully) however I did see at half time that we were 1-0 down with an xg of 0.01 from one off target attempt compared the Sheff Utd who had significantly more threat. As soon as I saw no subs at half time I didn’t bother looking again. Good managers change the set-up and/or personnel when things aren’t working. He does nothing then comes out the same nonsense after the game. He’s not a manager. We’ve just been duped by the fact he’s from Barcelona and said he could get us playing like them. Bin.
winteriscoming Posted 2 January Posted 2 January Majority of clubs get rid of a manager and have someone lined up within a few days. These clowns won’t have anyone lined up. Look how long it took them to appoint Cifuentes. I want him gone but I bet it would take us at least 2 weeks to appoint a replacement.

justfoxes Posted 2 January Posted 2 January I didn’t get to see the game last night but reading on FT I’m glad as for that Marti must be on borrowed time a Win here or there and losses with performances such as last nights just is a tightrope ready to snap underneath him, whether Top has the cahonnas to do that now or will he keep Marti on giving us totally inconsistent performances and results ? Top needs to come out of his shell and sort this club out whether he’s going to invest in players this window or not he needs to let the fans know what’s going on like he announced in his interview last year to listen to the fans & keep them informed ? it was a bit sad to see our own fans arguing and handbags @ a couple of yards against Dierby this week, this is the time we need to stick together as a fan base whatever happened to Project Reset or the protesting before and after the games to show the owners how we actually feel ? It just seems Top has lost his love for the Foxes and his fathers dreams are becoming more of a nightmare Vichai must be fuming as Top and the collective have taken us from premier League greatness and being able to compete it the best league in the world to the doldrums of relegation or implosion. Top needs make his mind up does he want a successful football club or just Pi55 about elsewhere leaving us to flop massively, New Year New decisions to make Top you’re either with us or Not if it’s Not then sell to someone who can fulfil your fathers dreams for this club before you ruin us completely?!

That’ll be far too late we need to start picking up points now, the way we’re going we’ll be bottom 4 in no time giving out performances like last night the time is now for a change not when we’re languishing in league 1 !

I agree with your post mate. (Bold bit) could this be the beginigs of some Brendan 'Todgers' "Jedi mind tricks" ? . The same snide rhetoric spinning tactics the odious, backstabbing little B@#tard, (sorry old habits, couldn't help myself there) used to sabotage his working relationship with the club and gain his pay off. Whist no where near BR levels at the moment, (if at all) but is Marti testing the waters with a little cryptic comment that sow's 'doubt's' for the media to latch onto, (and have just done so) that in turn with others cause embarrassment and discomfort for the board, and manufacts pressure for his working relationship with them. If Marti does it again or something similar in the next post match interview, and drops another 'dangling cryptic carrot' that insinuates "something amiss' who knows. If something is mentioned again in the next Pre-Match media press waffle before Mondays match could that be clue to something. ? However, I could just be putting 2 and 2 together and getting 6, be 100%:completely off with this, and just talking out of my @rs*. It wouldn't be the first time....
