Fantastic result. Not only the result but the way we battled to a draw should give the players and fans a boost going into the Norwich game. I do hope Rowett and Davidson capitalise on this and give the lads the credit they deserve after digging in tonight, well worthy of a point. Thought Thomas played better tonight, although inevitably caught out a few times not defending crosses from their wide man. What is wrong with Mavadidi? I’ve never seen a footballer with such laboured body language, we need players battling for every ball and most did tonight but we can’t keep carrying passengers.

Looked really good I thought, maybe some of the decision make up top could a have been better. I felt we really took the game to Middlesbrough in the second half. Decent start for Rowett, I can imagine he must feel satisfised from what he has seen so far.

Absolutely won’t take 7 wins to survive from 12, we are two back from West Brom and 4/5 from the rest, and I doubt they all win half of the games left. Think 4/5 wins and a few draws is more than enough

Should’ve kept Daka on; we could’ve won this thing. Very bad move by the coach. It’s time someone from the local press ask him why he plays Ayew at all. He’s a liability…it was like playing with 10 men today when he came in.

No chance we need that many. 54 is the maximum a team has ever been relegated with and 50 is almost always enough. Appreciate that Sheff Weds being so bad may add slightly to this, but not to that level.

 

4 wins, 4 draws would probably squeeze us home. Possibly 5 wins, 3 draws. But no chance we'll need 7.

Mavididi is an absolute shell of the player he was 2 years ago. The guy who used to curl them in for fun from the edge of the box now looks frightened to even look at the goal.

It’s looking brighter for us than a week ago when we capitulated big style, we bottled a 3 goal lead pussyfuching bottling it!

Now after 2 games with Rowett at the helm I’m more than impressed what he’s done to these bunch of bottlers he’s turned them into a team of hopeful fighters a team pushing on not bottling it when things go against them, now they seem to be playing for each other and the fans so yes now I’m hopeful we can survive the drop all we need to do now is. Stop trying to walk the bloody ball in we need some great shots on target !

just got home from the game and honestly, first one in months I've enjoyed. The fight was actually there for once and there was a genuine battling defensive performance, undercut by one stupid mistake. Rowett keeps us up I reckon

Just got home to LE16. Showed some spirit tonight and if it hasn't been for Okoli's brain fart we could have won .

Good support from the travelling faithful. More of the same on Saturday!

Two games in, and it’s just good to see some fight back in the team. Second half at Stoke was first time I’ve enjoyed watching us in a very long time. Tonight, it was clear there was a defensive structure in place, which was sorely lacking. Hopefully Saturday we can get that win, and an elusive clean sheet!

A win is coming I can just sense it. We’ve been bloody useless in defence all season so I wasn’t expecting Rome to be built in 1 day but rowett is addressing it an hopefully the coming games we will finally see a clean sheet and god willing a win and 3 points!

Thought the players showed some real fight, and deserved at least a point. Gives me a lot of hope. Skipp and Winks put a real shift in. The only negative - I thought Stephy was really poor. I’d be amazed if he starts on Saturday.
