It just makes him look more inept 

against Oxford it was because of going down to 10 and too many games, yet fresh legs can’t capatilise on a team that shipped 11 in 3 and 5!in their last home game.

Think we need to act early and get rid. Right now we're at that position we could improve and challenge for promotion, or get worse and sleep walk into relegation scrap. 

And we all know which scenario plays out at our club. This season has all the hall marks of last season. 

Don't wait hoping it goes the right way, act now and get rid to ensure it does. 

PS I really think managers should have 6 month probation periods where they can be sacked without a pay out. It's crazy you can do a shite job for a few months and walk away a millionaire.
