Andy King can fcuk off n'all. Sick of seeing him whispering s*it in the manager's ear.

Place needs gutting from top to bottom including kit man and tea lady. Starts from the top with new owners who gut the place.

Worst thing that can happen now is Brussell getting a few lucky results and buying him time. Unless something clicks and we can hand on heart say we've turned the corner, just get rid as soon as we can.

King gets a free pass because of who he is but has been part of all this. If you're getting rid of Martin then the whole coaches need changing too, doesn't just stop with the manager for me.

He also brought Winks back into the fold as interim, which was a red flag.

No matter what you think of him his post match interview was 90% bang on - the clubs been in a downward spiral for a few years now - everything about what is currently happening is brand new - it’s impossible to make it work over night - your talking about shipping about 15 utter scum bags and rebuilding a whole squad - they’ve trained together for a few weeks with constant new additions and outgoings - some of the football for 65 mins last night was really good - they still need 5 more out and 5 more in for it to be a full swamp drain

I was worried after Saturday but last night gave me a lot more hope - yes if you play like that without Man City’s or barcelonas players your going to get caught sometimes and we need to minimise that but he knows that - no matter what people think he isn’t stupid - he knows it’s risky with some of the players we still have but you’ve got to start somewhere

if we ship out and replace Okoli , faes , skipp and replace with 2 centre half’s a centre mid and a centre forward I believe we will have a successful season - it’s a big IF but iv said it before we have to do better as a fan base and give this whole set up a chance

I thought a lot of his post match interview was corporate talk bollocks bar that middle section

If he doesn't shit his relaxed tapered chinos by the weekend and sticks with that Page / Braybrooke / Chaplin 3, Howell and Alves wide with Bristric up top there could be signs he's learning

I just can't see it happening, though

I can see it going back to virtually the team that started in the League. Except the obvious red card. I hope i am wrong as it made for a far better watch last night even if the result was not what we wanted.

Bearing in mind that:

At Southampton, in his Premier League season he had Premier League promotion levels of money available (circa £130m in the first season to promoted teams), was allowed to bring in 16 players that summer, and built a completely uncompetitive team which got humiliated every week until he was sacked

and

At Rangers, he was at a club with 5x-8x the spending power of every other club in the division except one, was allowed to bring in 14 players, and had them in 8th place out of 12 when he was sacked

...it does make me wonder what club he would need to be at, and what resources they would need to have available, for him to be able to get the players he feels he needs for his style of football to actually work.

Well in the PL at Southampton it was never going to work as as that’s not how you play as a newly promoted team. It’s the same problem we’d face with him in charge in the championship it’d be a disaster.

And yeah rangers was an unmitigated car crash.

I do think, in this league, with a proper strategy across the club in place, it could work, albeit for one season.

But as we don’t have that it’s a moot point. We will play patient football with little end product. It’s already happening.

I mean I will say again, as I have been for a very long time, Martin’s not the problem, Rowart wasn’t the problem, Cifuentes was not the problem, RVN was not the problem. Steve Cooper was not the problem. It’s the morons who keep the conveyor belt of stylistically different under par managers flowing without a buying recruitment strategy playing wise to even have some sort of holistic playing identity that are the problem and until that is sorted there will just be another completely stupid appointment waiting to replace the last one. They are arguably making poorer appointments with every given sacking, so you can sack Russel Martin, but it won’t fix it, we are probably about 3 sacking away from appointing Daffy Duck.

He is getting absolute pelters on social media today from non Leicester fans.

For anyone who's softened to him after last night, please bare in mind that the majority of the team he picked last night probably won't play on Saturday and therefore expect we revert to type.

Stolarczyk, Aluko, McFarlane, Howell, Watson and possibly Chaplin will drop out again.

Just think it odd, I couldn't care about another clubs managers.

I couldn't care what Rowett, Cooper, Rodgers,  Marti do when they leave Leicester.

Chaplin 100% plays, I think McFarlene could be in too.

Can't stand the muppet. After watching his post match interview on lcfc, which was 95% drivel, what little respect I had for him has gone. The bottom line is, you can't win football matches without scoring more goals than your opponents. That's literally all that counts. Last night Peterborough knocked 5 in away at Watford. ATM there is zero to little chance of this side scoring 3 at home let alone away.

The level of turnover this squad was going to require this summer is another reason we should have chosen a different manager. Get someone in who will work with what he has and get the bets out of them, allows much more flexibility when budget is tight and there is high player turnover.

Yep, a pragmatic, dare I saw old school, manager is what we needed. We have the players to win the league if we setup sensibly.

This slavish adherence to a possession based ideal when we don’t have the players, have a high squad turn over, and need an immediate return to the championship for financial reasons is baffling.

We’re setting ourselves up to fail, again.

It boggles the mind how Rudkin is still in charge given he has overseen the trainwreck of the last two seasons and is making the same mistakes again. We could genuinely go out of business

Hes got to realise that the players confidence is shot, maybe a different style of play and a tweak of tactics is currently needed.

some of the players look like the don't think they can win a game!
