I said it.. all we had to do against Argentina was bring rashford and saka on… they have legs and Argentina would never have been so comfortable throwing everyone forward

Well yes, but it was obvious we needed legs.. and saka and rashford were those players I said it during the Argentina match.. we had no one to run down the ball, and cause a threat

 What an awful comparison. Nothing alike as players (apart from playing on the RW) and Saka has arguably been England's best player since he broke into the team. He's clearly not fully fit this WC. Think if he had been, it would have made a huge difference

The confusion is nobody seemed bothered after we scored against Argentina, apparently the manager is saying press and attack but his subs say different, the players just stopped playing, the only completed passes in the last 19 mins was Pickford to Stones
