How Was Your Day?

Drove an Ariel Atom today, was ridiculous, just kept pulling and pulling. I'm used to half quick motorbikes so was slightly prepared for it, but if anyone who doesn't ride bikes or drives quick cars gets into that, it might feel like they're flying!

I bet it was unreal! I’m on a track day end of July. 6 different super cars. I can’t wait!!

I've had a great day/week.

It was Amazon Prime day Monday and Tuesday, so expected to be stupidly busy at work all week.

We weren't.

The last 2 days, I've had 100 drops. Picked up at 9.30am, had an hour drive to Grendon, then been home by 4pm. All whilst getting paid more.

Then Daniel Levy called about the Spurs job, said no. lol

Walked into the steam room at the gym earlier, one old boy in there sat on his own they have limited it to 2 people max in there. I sit down and he asks if I’ve had my jabs, I tell him him I’ve had my first one still waiting for my second. He stands up and says “I better not risk it at my age” and walked out lol

Haha surely if he has been jabbed that’s all that matters? I guess there’s no vaccine against stupidity atm.

I did this 3 years ago at Mallory. Lambo, Aston, Ferrari and Atom. The first couple of laps I was cautious, then I thought "fvck it these cars handle and stick to the track so lets belt it out". The accompanying instructor was impressed, said he could tell I had advanced driving (my blue light driving course). Don't hold back. These cars are designed for speed, have the guts to push your limits. You will remember it forever. Be guided by what the guy sitting next to you says, though. If he says gas it... gas it. If he say's brake early for the bend... do it. Then power out of the curve. Exhilarating and thrilling. Just being in a supercar is an experience.

I've also done a track day near York a few years back and after we'd had our stint we got driven round the track by an experienced rally driver. A whole different way of driving. Sideways slides, full power into and out of curves. Amazing. I try to drive like that on the ring road now.

I had a really weird deem last night.

We were in the FA Cup Final again and I managed to get my hands on a ticket, but it was specifically for a person with serious eye injuries only.

I wore an eye patch, like a pirate, or 90's singer, Gabrielle.

We won and I didn't feel the slightest bit of guilt for faking a condition lol

Went to Nottingham today had a date with a nice Irish gal, all seems good nice meal etc... good conversation. Less that 20 minutes after we left the date got the dreaded text.... disappointed but surprised how quick I got that message. For me personally it it was the other way round I'd leave it a day, but I dunno I guess in her eyes I was quite as expected.

Does seem unnecessarily brutal. Still better that than being ghosted.

Plenty more fish!

Enjoying seeing that melt Joel Hughes get absolutely annihilated on Twitter. He's the guy who raised that money for the crying German kid. Been exposed to be a bad wrong'un.

Some of the tweets that have been exposed are disgusting. He's got an account on a porn site where his bio says 'the younger the better'.

Wondered why xHamster was trending. I clicked on it with trepidation but was not disappointed. He's protected his tweets now so they've moved on to the company he owns. Not looking good for him, though he's got £35k in the bank now.

Last night I thought the profile on xhamster had been shown to be fake, and the tweets were about his own children? Not the case then?
