I think Ipswich hadn't won for months and Roy Keane was on the verge of the sack...back then teams were breaking their ducks against us!

Wasn't Miguel Vitor sent off early on or something?

You are all joking about the snow, but personally I take no shame in how much it stresses me out! Hoping it's not too bad for the match on Saturday... How bad would it need to be for them to call it off?!

If you remember the game against Middlesbrough a few years back then no amount of snow will call it off.lol

Seriously though, the pitch will be fine, it's the surrounding areas and approach that could effect safety and therefore a cancellation could be considered. Happily however there isn't much snow forecast for us and the temperatures will rise to a balmy 1 degrees for Saturday.:D

Haha, yeah. I mean they do wonders these days in getting pitches playable - it's more if they are advising people not to travel it might be called off.

I am travelling from Birmingham so got the train journey, plus the walk through the snow from the station to think about. Anyone want to be my human walking aid along Tigers Way?!

This thread needs pics.

I'm currently in Malaysia missing the fun, though we're going out on the piss in Singapore this weekend so that should make up for it.

Ill share this just cos I found it funny earlier that tourists still wanted to try and get a picture of them crossing the Abbey Road zebra crossing despite the weather and not actually being able to see the crossing.

No trains home apparently, looks like I'm stuck in Laaandan town on the day I'm meant to pick up the keys to the new house. The missus is not happy lol.

Spent the morning looking at the Lincolnshire Police twitter feed for updates on road closures, feel sorry for the people who have gotten into a mess out there.

Royal have 4x4’s hired and are fetching in staff who are unable to get to work

fantastic effort by all our NHS staff to keep us all safe

We've even got some down in Bristol which is exceptionally rare.  Apparently naughty Storm Emma will be dropping a load on us later as well. Red warnings just up the road also. Crazy weather and the coldest I've ever known

can’t decide what my favourite snow-caused cancellation is this week, the fact that bbc news were reporting chatham ski centre was closed due to snow or the fact the darts has been cancelled due to snow.

one is inside, the other one is literally a ski centre. that’s closed. cos it’s snowing.

Wasn't Vitor injured?

I'll do a quick search to find out what happened but I think Vitor and Davies were both injured and at the time they were just about our most in form players.

Edit; Yeah Vitor, Dyer and Davies all injured.
