The only decent episodes are the ones where they're travelling. That's all too scripted anyway too. Clarkson's a knob and Hammond just seems a bit weird to me. May is the only one I quite like.

Isn't it still the biggest programme on earth in terms of worldwide viewing figures? That's why it's still going and why the BBC have let Clarkson get away with so much, if they didn't another channel would snap it up in a heartbeat.

The adventure features are great. Much better than 90% of the dross you get on TV these days. I enjoy the comedy camaraderie between the three of them as well. Proper blokes with mates stuff, can understand why guardian readers don't like it because they're the type of people who have no mates and so don't really get it. Big loss if it goes.

The episode the other week with the bit about Peugeot drivers was tremendous. Aslong as they can do something as funny as that every once in a while, ill still watch it.

Yep those scripted adventure shows really are great, just a pity some believe it all to be real, but they're Daily Mail/Telegraph readers so don't really get it.

I thought this series was back to its very best, with all the cutting edge technology out there it seemed to rejuvenate them. May is brilliant and Clarkeson is a clown but I wouldn't miss Hammond tbh.
