Heart-Shaped Fox Posted 23 November 2013 Posted 23 November 2013 Just wish we had an extra point and we'd be top. Should have got a point at Donny or Charlton so its quite frustrating, but i cant moan too much. The gap between third and fourth is getting bigger. Very surprised at Burnley think Dyche must be a good manager doing a great job
RedHux Posted 23 November 2013 Posted 23 November 2013 Burnley were awful today. As much as we parked the bus against yourselves we passed, moved and generally dominated today's game. Without a big man up front we played on the floor from start to finish and it was a joy.Dyche's tactics to counter this, whatever they were, didn't work.
Corky Posted 23 November 2013 Posted 23 November 2013 Dychey had a little dig at our mate up the road: "We have 20-something players who are working hard for the cause. Billy Davies has spoken about his injuries. I think he was down to 32 players."

Considering they drew 1-1 they must have worked some what?
lgfualol Posted 24 November 2013 Posted 24 November 2013 Wont shut up about the forest-leicester game 2 weeks ago on the FLS.
Kitchandro Posted 24 November 2013 Posted 24 November 2013 Wont shut up about the forest-leicester game 2 weeks ago on the FLS. I know They must have mentioned it at least 4 times.

Super_horns Posted 24 November 2013 Posted 24 November 2013 Almunia pissed as well, what a clanger. Again...then it was claimed he had an illness. Convenient.. Mind you the main problem yesterday was that we tried to pass the ball into the goal rather than shooting hence not having a shot on target 2nd half.
Guest ttfn Posted 24 November 2013 Posted 24 November 2013 The gap down to 4th is incredible at this stage of the season. Us, Burnley and QPR have all had fantastic starts. The 105 points we've collected between us is the highest total that the top three have ever had at this stage of the season. In the last ten years only Wigan (04), Sheff Utd (05) and Wolves (08) have collected more than 35 points at this stage of the season - for three sides to have got 35 points is mental.

You could also look at it from a different angle and claim that the three bottom clubs (Sheffield Wednesday, Barnsley and Yeovil) are so weak this season that they accumulate for only 31 points in total after 48 (3x16) games played.
Happy Fox Posted 24 November 2013 Posted 24 November 2013 All I am bothered about is that we average 2 points a game ( 2.2 atm) then we will get automatic promotion. Us, QPR and Burnley are doing that the chasing pack from 4th-8th are averaging 1.75-1.57 points per game. So it is very competitive division!
ealingfox Posted 25 November 2013 Posted 25 November 2013 Watford going through their bad patch currently. Three home defeats on the bounce, 1 win in 7 and even Beckford is bagging against them.

It was about this time last season when they started their good run. Hopefully this run sees them relegated.
StanSP Posted 25 November 2013 Posted 25 November 2013 Almunia . Having a torrid time and got subbed at HT because he was 'ill'. Seems like that Wood goal was a catalyst for some more poor form!
lgfualol Posted 25 November 2013 Posted 25 November 2013 How long before Watford get a keeper or 2 on emergency loan?
Happy Fox Posted 25 November 2013 Posted 25 November 2013 The Redshite defensive problems continue with chris cohen out for the season http://www.nottinghamforest.co.uk/news/article/cohen-out-for-season-1194404.aspx
