MC Prussian Posted 9 March 2014 Posted 9 March 2014 a) That's got hardly anything to do with the FA Cup b) You're about ten months too late with that c) It's not like we really still give a **** about that game d) Watford lost at Wembley e) Last time I checked the Championship table, Leicester were in 1st, Watford in 11th and... Charlton in 24th spot f) Since when are you a Watford fan?
Fox92 Posted 9 March 2014 Posted 9 March 2014 I don't like Arsenal purely because it's another london club, big headed fans, lack of english in the team also don't like wenger! Bit harsh.
Father Ted Posted 9 March 2014 Posted 9 March 2014 Be quiet, stop bullying Lamby. Shut up you muppet.
Corky Posted 9 March 2014 Posted 9 March 2014 Always a silver lining Lamby. You can lose to them again in League One next season, where it won't be a giantkilling on national TV.
Donut Posted 9 March 2014 Posted 9 March 2014 Jenkinson is half Finnish so you can only count him as half an Englishman! He only played like 2 games for us then Arsenal brought him for around £1.5M, we're laughing now! I think Jenkinson is probably laughing a whole lot more.
Kitchandro Posted 9 March 2014 Posted 9 March 2014 I can. I don't get the Hull hate tbh, by all means I don't like them, I wouldn't even say I like them, there are many teams I would pick above Hull, they are very low on the 'list' (Not that there is a list ) but I don't get why people hate Hull? Is it about the trouble we had getting Pearson back? If so, who cares? We 'won', we got him back, yes they were arsey about it, yes it took a while but ultimately we 'won'. Yeah their fans are abit cringy, but i'm sure other clubs take the piss out of our club, fans, something to do with us for one reason or another. If I had to say who I wanted to win the cup now, I'd be pushed I couldn't genuinly say I wanted any clubs left in it to win it, but what I will say Arsenal are the club I least want to win it. Well, you've answered the question yourself, except you've played down all the reasons. The club and fans are massive hypocritical tools and their shit mostly lower league existence gives them no good reason to mouth off so much. As far little clubs punching hugely above their weight and being all arrogant about it go they've got to be up their with the worst. They're a classic example of a small club benefiting from modern football and the Premier League era and I don't like it. Mauled by the Tigers sums their fanbase up; they have no sense of history or class and have a ground full of bandwagon loving little turds who have a bigger club who they also 'support'. And that's why they're all willing to take Allam's insults bending over. I'm not saying I like Arsenal or that their fans aren't tools, but at least they've not been annoying little cvnts to us or tried to start a fake rivalry with us (a la Watford too) just because we're a bigger club who will raise their stock just by being associated with them They're just awful. The Premiership needs rid of them and needs proper top flight clubs back. Ones that have a lot of proper fans.

LanguedocFox Posted 10 March 2014 Posted 10 March 2014 Reading the Beeb's report on the Sheff U win, and this: "Nigel Clough's side became the first third-tier side to reach the last four since Wycombe Wanderers in 2001." Brought back all the bile and anger about Peter Failure: never forget, never forgive! The final will probably be Arsenal v Hull, but I would much prefer Wigan against Sheff U.
Super_horns Posted 10 March 2014 Posted 10 March 2014 Big pressure on Arsenal now - will they cope? Good on those other 3 sides who have taken the competition in a serious nature and got their rewards.

They should be fine after they get knocked out vs Bayern this week. FA Cup and League should be easy enough to handle given their resources. Regarding league, they should aim for 3rd. There's no way they're getting ahead of both Man City & Chelsea.
Bert Posted 10 March 2014 Posted 10 March 2014 Ahhh Looks the spit of Harry out of Harry Enfield's "Harry and Lulu" from Harry Enfield and Chums.
Fox92 Posted 10 March 2014 Posted 10 March 2014 Fancy Hull to win it from here. Same. And I think Hull have done well this season, if we can replicate what they've done if we go up then I'll be happy. Don't concede many goals, going alright in the league and now in the semi-finals of the FA Cup. Well done to Bruce, he's done a terrific job since taking over.
