purpleronnie Posted 1 January 2014 Posted 1 January 2014 never an easy place to get a result, great win.
Larry_LCFC Posted 1 January 2014 Posted 1 January 2014 6 past those dirty southern c**ts this season! Forest draw, derby lose. Good day
Guest Bilo Posted 1 January 2014 Posted 1 January 2014 Big win from a side that was minus several first choice players, key players have been rested and our league position has incurred no harm at all. A good day at the office.
NathanC93 Posted 1 January 2014 Posted 1 January 2014 5 changes and an away win at Millwall on a crap pitch. Very valuable 3 points today!
ozleicester Posted 1 January 2014 Posted 1 January 2014 Fookin brilliant.... im starting to fel confident... oh shit
MC Prussian Posted 1 January 2014 Posted 1 January 2014 Wow, going to the New Den with a heavily-changed line-up. Scoring two goals without conceding one early on. Then having the nerve to cling onto the result and even score a third. And the best part - JEFFREY SCHLUPP SCORED! Great effort, great result. Top job by all involved. By the sounds of it, Knockaert ran his socks off. My MOTM. As for the radio commentary just after the final whistle:"Leicester finished 2013 being on top and are starting 2014 in first spot". Well, that wasn't so hard, was it?
Happy Fox Posted 1 January 2014 Posted 1 January 2014 Sheepshaggers won't be coming in their masses now
Corky Posted 1 January 2014 Posted 1 January 2014 Pearson made big changes and it paid off. Made subs and they saw us home. Huge credit to him for that. Still four points clear, great to go into the FA Cup with a win. Can enjoy ourselves on Saturday without pressure.
Sharpe's Fox Posted 1 January 2014 Posted 1 January 2014 Great that we had key players not playing and still won.
Kitchandro Posted 1 January 2014 Posted 1 January 2014 Well that wasn't very enjoyable to listen to. It sounded like a bit of bad luck could have cost us and I worried it would be like Peterborough last season. I was very worried near the end so I shouted the house down when Schlupp scored. Great result, Derby lost as well so I suppose that's the best we could have hoped for really.
Leicester_lad_92 Posted 1 January 2014 Posted 1 January 2014 Brilliant!! !! And what a bold decision to make 5 changes - deserves a lot of credit!! 1 Nigel Pearson there's only one Nigel Pearson!!
Mark_w Posted 1 January 2014 Posted 1 January 2014 Millwall, Millwall, you're all really dreadful, and all your girlfriends are unfulfilled and alienated!
Matt Posted 1 January 2014 Posted 1 January 2014 Hardly heard much of the game, had family round all afternoon, seen the scores coming through, but turned the radio on with 15 minutes to go and sounded shaky and like we were hanging on, especially when 6 minutes were added on, was shitting myself, but up popped Schlupp! Very happy, here's to a great 2014.
Tom17LCFC Posted 1 January 2014 Posted 1 January 2014 Delighted, everything's being put right this season. Millwall have fvcked us over so much the last few years and now we've got 6 points from them. I'm very very slowly starting to believe!!
TrentFox Posted 1 January 2014 Posted 1 January 2014 Fabulous result. Ten out of ten to anyone that travelled to support us in such a grim place, on a grim day on the morning after the night before!! Great commitment.
