Danno Posted 13 June 2014 Posted 13 June 2014 Don't get why Spain still play Xavi when they have Koke and Fabregas instead.
separator Posted 13 June 2014 Posted 13 June 2014 According to the BBC the last time Spain conceded 5 goals was in 1963 when they got beat 6-2 by Scotland
foxes_rule1978 Posted 13 June 2014 Posted 13 June 2014 I'm loving this boring Spain finally being shown up... no where near the Brazilian teams of the past
lgfualol Posted 13 June 2014 Posted 13 June 2014 Ergh I have Azpilacueta in my dream team. This does not bode well.
martyn Posted 13 June 2014 Posted 13 June 2014 Taking Xabi Alonso off was a crazy move by Del Bosque. The between Spain's back 4 and midfield is huge and Robben has taken full advantage. Too early to write Spain completely off. They'll be forced into big changes which will be of massive benefit to the team
Stuliasz Posted 13 June 2014 Posted 13 June 2014 I'm loving this boring Spain finally being shown up... no where near the Brazilian teams of the past The irony is that Spain were clearly trying to play in a more direct manner tonight. Obviously doesn't suit them!
Manwell Pablo Posted 13 June 2014 Posted 13 June 2014 The irony is that Spain were clearly trying to play in a more direct manner tonight. Obviously doesn't suit them! As I said early doors they should stick to what they're good at.
foxes_rule1978 Posted 13 June 2014 Posted 13 June 2014 So pace, finishing and good creativity will win you games, England have it if we know how to use it
Unabomber Posted 13 June 2014 Posted 13 June 2014 I had 4 - 1 and 6 - 1 in play mental. Some of those misses at 5 - 1 were easier to score than their goals!
Bayfox Posted 13 June 2014 Posted 13 June 2014 4-6-0 tried and trusted. Bloody strikers Paddy power have just paid out to ten lucky punters. 500/1 wonder how much they staked.

One Legged Beaver Posted 13 June 2014 Posted 13 June 2014 Platini looked particularly glum at the end of the game?
kingfox Posted 13 June 2014 Posted 13 June 2014 WOW! Spain just got literally pissed on! Holland stifled them all over the pitch, De Jong especially was pouncing on that Spain midfield, winning balls then letting Robben & Van Persie loose to cause problems. What a player Arjen Robben is, he just tore Spain to shreds. I also think after tonight, Bruno Martins Indi, could well be heading to Old Trafford after that performance. Only two words to sum that match up...
foxes_rule1978 Posted 13 June 2014 Posted 13 June 2014 Don't think we will be signing Janmaat now lads. When were we ever linked? I would never have taken that seriously anyway
