Legend_in_blue Posted 19 June 2014 Posted 19 June 2014 After pure greatness this season watching the mighty LCFC, what a shower of **** this overpaid bunch of numpties are. Disgraceful. I'll pass on the final game.
BlueSi13 Posted 19 June 2014 Posted 19 June 2014 Love my country but I have now gotten to the point where I really wish England didn't qualify for major tournaments. Despite us having literally having everything going for us as a footballing country it's the same old story again and again and again and again and again and again and AGAIN. But realistically what can be done? Our Premier League is now almost completely foreign owned and the FA are powerless, so apart from making it a much larger political issue what else is there?
Heart-Shaped Fox Posted 19 June 2014 Posted 19 June 2014 That was absolute crap. Dog shit really, when it matters we haven't got it. Useless cvnts
Dan Posted 19 June 2014 Posted 19 June 2014 What really pisses me off is there's probably further heartbreak yet. All three results which we need to go through are results you would usually expect.
Fox92 Posted 19 June 2014 Posted 19 June 2014 Cahill looked switched off when the ball got flicked on, regardless of who flicked it on. And how many times does Sturridge go down easily?
Brooksy Posted 19 June 2014 Posted 19 June 2014 Knew I should have had a punt on us not to get any points.
Merging Cultures Posted 19 June 2014 Posted 19 June 2014 I thought we did ok. There's no way Uruguay did enough to win that game - we didn't play well but aside from 5 minutes after half time they were pitiful. The referee's performance was pitiful. Seriously?!! I don't see the problem with the ref. We were weak and didn't try as hard as they did. Our players just didn't care for the majority of the match. Why just try for the last 15 mins?? Plus, their unfit striker knows how to show goals.
Stadt Posted 19 June 2014 Posted 19 June 2014 What? Rooney played fine - he was arguably our best player. Wasted two good chances but was otherwise pretty good. You can't waste two good chances though
Leicesterpool Posted 19 June 2014 Posted 19 June 2014 Rooney best player for us on the pitch For once he was, probably played Uruguay on his own at times. It was a tough group granted but we should have got something out of the first two.
Guest Kopfkino Posted 19 June 2014 Posted 19 June 2014 Don't get how people call that embarrassing. We weren't that bad and they certainly weren't good enough to win that. Just needed a goalscorer in both games but didn't have it
Unabomber Posted 19 June 2014 Posted 19 June 2014 Really? Please tell me your joking? Shed tears for that dros load of wankers your having a laugh. No tears, only dreams now.
Dr The Singh Posted 19 June 2014 Posted 19 June 2014 We have to be honest, we are a 3rd rate nation in footbll!!
Blanesta Posted 19 June 2014 Posted 19 June 2014 If we always expect England to get knocked out at the group stage we'll never be disappointed.
Guest ttfn Posted 19 June 2014 Posted 19 June 2014 That was absolute crap. Dog shit really, when it matters we haven't got it. Useless cvnts And yet we comfortably matched Uruguay throughout. The fact is that we don't get the rub of the green in these games. We lost very, very narrowly today and equally today, in a game where their centre back and captain pretty obviously should have been sent off after 25 minutes, It's not an excuse to say we were unlucky - we were. That's pretty obvious to anybody who's tried to watch the games without preconceptions.
fox123 Posted 19 June 2014 Posted 19 June 2014 I'm switching allegiances to Northern Ireland. Fvck these shower of shites.
MooseBreath Posted 19 June 2014 Posted 19 June 2014 Rooney was comfortably our best player. The defence was appalling. Gerrard and Henderson woeful. Sterling, Welbeck, Lallana, Barkley and Lambert all totally ineffective. Sturridge was ok but limited. All round a very disappointing performance after we showed such promise against Italy.
Guest ttfn Posted 19 June 2014 Posted 19 June 2014 Seriously?!! I don't see the problem with the ref. We were weak and didn't try as hard as they did. Our players just didn't care for the majority of the match. Why just try for the last 15 mins?? Plus, their unfit striker knows how to show goals. There was absolutely no doubt that Godin should have been sent off after 25 minutes, it was a terrible decision which radically altered the rest of the game.
Kitchandro Posted 19 June 2014 Posted 19 June 2014 Typical ITV. Instead of lambasting Woy and England as they should be it's all about Suarez just being too good for us. We're just unlucky according to them. Never mind our performance. Woy needs to go, no one to balme but himself for leaving some of our best players on the bench and sticking with players totally out of form.
