Guest kristianity77 Posted 21 June 2014 Posted 21 June 2014 They already have, can't be surpassed because of head to head. Not sure thats right. Think it goes on GD first. If Italy were to smash Uruguay and we were to give Costa Rica a beating, Italy would go top. If Uruguay give Italy a beating they could go top also.
Webbo Posted 21 June 2014 Posted 21 June 2014 Forster Milner - Cahill - Jagielka - Shaw Wilshere - Henderson Oxlade - Barkley- Shaw Lambert What harm can it do?! There are 2 players called Shaw in the squad?
StanSP Posted 21 June 2014 Posted 21 June 2014 Any alterations would be to have Rooney and Gerrard instead of Lambert and Wilshere. There are 2 players called Shaw in the squad? Raheem Sterling-Shaw.
davieG Posted 21 June 2014 Author Posted 21 June 2014 well the harm it could do is turning us finishing 3rd/4th in a tough group but playing alright and going home into us being completely embarrassed. play our best team and win. That's the problem what is our best team it's so subjective when you consider form, mental state of those that have lost twice v those that are busting a gut to start. Then there's tactics/approach to the game etc. Obviously one man will decide but he's not infallible as we've seen. Bottom line there's not that much difference between any of them no one has been sufficiently outstanding to guarantee a start.
Sharpe's Fox Posted 21 June 2014 Posted 21 June 2014 Don't give a toss just hoping that rat cvnt Suarez doesn't go through.
DANGEROUS TIGER Posted 21 June 2014 Posted 21 June 2014 I truly want Costa Rica to win this. It will be an eye opener (again) for those higher up in our game, to THINK about what is wrong with our game. It would be great for the minnows to win all three openers. Two nil to England though, I reckon, with the team revamped with new blood.
lgfualol Posted 21 June 2014 Posted 21 June 2014 The whocares lineup Foreskin Johnson Cahill Jones Shaw Henderson Wilshere Milner Barkley Oxlade Welbeck
Manwell Pablo Posted 21 June 2014 Posted 21 June 2014 I was intending on finishing and getting straight in the new boozer that's opened up across the road from the office. Loads of us were supposed to be going down after work. Sod that now, go home as normal and watch the second half of Italy Uruguay I think. So Woy can do what he wants for me.
Guest Col city fan Posted 21 June 2014 Posted 21 June 2014 Who cares? The game is completely meaningless, win or lose.
The Doctor Posted 21 June 2014 Posted 21 June 2014 They already have, can't be surpassed because of head to head. They can however be surpassed on GD, which is what matters.
theessexfox Posted 21 June 2014 Posted 21 June 2014 Hart Smalling Cahill Jones Shaw Lallana Wilshere Ox Barkley Sterling Sturridge
Corky Posted 21 June 2014 Posted 21 June 2014 They're all sorry, they've let us down, they want to give something back yadda yadda. 2-0 defeat.
Kitchandro Posted 21 June 2014 Posted 21 June 2014 Who actually cares? Part of me hopes the shit cvnts get humiliated. On the other hand, only a small handful of the players are that unlikeable compared to previous squads. I do want Hodgson & Rooney out though.
Aus Fox Posted 22 June 2014 Posted 22 June 2014 Hart jones Jag Cahill Shaw Ox Hendo Wilshere Lallana Rooney Sturridge For the future Ox, Wilshere and Shaw must play the rest can be made up of whoever. The rebuild starts now! The only thing I want in this game is Cahill on the score sheet $2 on him as England's top scorer at 50.

Jaspa Posted 22 June 2014 Posted 22 June 2014 Forster Johnson - Cahill - Jones - Shaw Lampard - Wilshire/Hendo Milner/Sterling - Rooney - OxC anyone Needs to be some sign we'll change and would be nice to write off Lamps and possibly Gerrard on this stage (not setting but ahwell) Personally would drop Hart as I think he's been sh1t. Jagielka shouldnt be the future. The youngsters should be given some gametime seeing this as a free game. I expect a win and I expect to see no praise for it, alot of work to be done
Hirsty The Blue 94 Posted 22 June 2014 Posted 22 June 2014 Lampard and Gerrard will be involved at some point as I think it will be their last games for England.
Guest Col city fan Posted 22 June 2014 Posted 22 June 2014 Lampard and Gerrard will be involved at some point as I think it will be their last games for England. I think you're right. God knows where that leaves us in terms of real midfield quality. Wilshere has declined, Henderson is never good enough. Barkley... Yes I like him. Bring on Drinkwater... Seriously.

Hart has been rubbish.
Cruss5 Posted 22 June 2014 Posted 22 June 2014 The sad fact is that Costa Rica will put out a weak side against weaker opposition. As long as the team play with passion and show the country that they want to play for there country i don't really care what the result is.
Fox92 Posted 22 June 2014 Posted 22 June 2014 What's Hart done wrong? Cahill, Baines and Johnson have been worse.
Guest Col city fan Posted 22 June 2014 Posted 22 June 2014 What's Hart done wrong? Cahill, Baines and Johnson have been worse. I think Hart epitomises what this country does with it's players. Ie bigs them up to something they aren't. Hart is hugely over-rated both by the fans and the media. Like most, if not all of our players actually.
