It looks like its done - by that I mean he has accepted the offer that we offered approx 2 weeks ago

Very complicated deal though - I'm in the same boat as everyone else. Waiting for official confirmation

You dont have a clue, why do you post rubbish like you have some inside info?

Great addition to the thread well done.

My pleasure, why come on here and slag off someone for providing info? Do you know any better? Do you know qwerty's transfer info history? Thought not.Plank.

You were wrong about Deeney and also Cambiasso, so clearly your "source" is BS. So why bother posting at all?

Humans are occasionally wrong! It's not the end of the world! So I'd say he's quite alright to post what he wants.

Maybe you could buy some tippex so when you see one of the ITK's posts you will be able to quickly tippex it out on your screen, thus alleviating frustration.

Because all his previous "info" is a load of rubbish and self admitted. So knowing that your source continually lets you down with bad info, why keep passing it on as "ITK".

That's why. Plank.

You can continue watching Miley videos now.

His info before Cambiasso was spot on.

He is just passing on what he's told and had no reason to believe it was BS.

It does seem odd we'd sign both? or maybe not? could it mean Cambiasso is off?

No? Cambiasso is coming to the back-end of his career, and I personally don't see him starter. More of a player that comes on/or plays games against the better teams where he has a man marking job.

McArthur, on the other hand is 26.

Seems a knee jerk signing and probably not a cheap one, not that he'll be a bad asset but imagine a fully fit team and Cambiasso and McArthur? so we'll have, what, 6 CM's?

The old adage is 2 players for each position - if we go 4-5-1 (3 in the middle) then that's 2 for each position... competition throughout the squad can only be of benefit to us if we bring in extra quality. If someone gets the hump because they're not playing, Nige isn't the sort to want them in the squad anyway. On a personal level for each player, if they get their heads down, work hard and perform on the pitch, then they will be playing. Signing a quality experienced pro like Cambiasso (potentially) and a (by all reports) hard working midfielder like McArthur can only mean Drinky, James, King and Hammond have to up their own games to get playing time - which should over the season equal more points and Premier League safety.

Let's just say there's a difference of opinion between Dave Whelan and #LCFC over whether a deal has been accepted for McArthur.

:D

How can there be a difference of opinion between each relevant party :) that's funny. Is this Geoff guy just full of it?

Pipe down old boy. I'm not as young as you think.

Perhaps Party Dave has publicly said we've had a bid accepted in the hope other interested parties enter the fray and offer the amount he claims we've had accepted. Wouldn't be the first time that sort of thing has happened.

Then you are old enough to know better. You really should stop posting as you are embarrassing yourself.

I agree with needing 2 players in each position - signing both McArthur and Cambiasso would be excellent for the squad.  But then we need 2 more defenders (preferably a LB and RB) and no more forwards.
