Jakemoore Posted 15 February 2015 Posted 15 February 2015 I wish you would **** off and die Banks. You're so bloody boring...
LCFCSOULBOY Posted 15 February 2015 Posted 15 February 2015 Not after watching Blackburn yesterday. I believe we will not do well there neither. We are really crap. You have to laugh from crying The only reasonable argument left for me is who the fvck do we get in? We're going down, plain and simple, Pearson is an excellent championship manager and he's more likely than anyone one to get us up again
SecretPro Posted 15 February 2015 Posted 15 February 2015 It's a shame there is nobody to take his place because I believe we are done now. Dreadful today. Pearson and the team. 5 at the back against Villa? Playing for a quarter-final place that could have been the be all and end all of our season? Even Villa are going to stay up now with Tim in. Woeful.
Banks Posted 15 February 2015 Posted 15 February 2015 I wish you would **** off and die Banks. You're so bloody boring... So shall I be positive about being bottom of the league and having a manager that is so out of his depth at this level, both on the pitch and the way he conducts himself off it...
Kitchandro Posted 15 February 2015 Posted 15 February 2015 Morgan is his favourite and captain, so he's undroppable. Konchesky.. well I don't know how Pearson thinks he's good enough. But I think he played the 5 defender system to get the team used to it so we can use it against Everton/Man City etc But firstly, all of our centre backs are old and shocking. He favours the worst one (Morgan) yet the most competent defender (Wasilewski) is his least favourite. Then you've got our record signing so badly isolated that we can only hope to cling onto a draw until we go behind, which is when we decided to try to play. Whatever his plan is, it's never going to work. He's accepting defeat before we've started, just as I did when I saw how we started today's game. It was only ever going to go one way.
Larry_LCFC Posted 15 February 2015 Posted 15 February 2015 The bloke is a stubborn disgrace. Utter shambles. I cannot believe the lack of subs he made. Oh wait, yes I can. Twat
SecretPro Posted 15 February 2015 Posted 15 February 2015 Konchesky isn't the problem. Good news is we have two good teams away from home now. So we should step up a gear, play well and narrowly lose. And we'll have 'turned a corner'. lol
Banks Posted 15 February 2015 Posted 15 February 2015 Konchesky isn't the problem. Good news is we have two good teams away from home now. So we should step up a gear, play well and narrowly lose. And we'll have 'turned a corner'. This is so true
ithuriel Posted 15 February 2015 Posted 15 February 2015 I think the worst argument you can use for keeping a manager is that he can perform better at a lower level or who would you replace him with. When you start using those excuses then maybe it is time to look at replacing them. Meh, that's how I feel at present.
stuartn27 Posted 15 February 2015 Posted 15 February 2015 Pearson please close the door on your way out Your a clueless joke Way out your depth
Corky Posted 15 February 2015 Posted 15 February 2015 Time's up now I think. Don't believe in the calls for keeping as he could take us back up, this year and all it's off-field problems will have taken it's toll. It could go the same way as Adams. Bite the bullet and try and lift the squad and the club because next year is going to be difficult.
JAPANFOX1 Posted 15 February 2015 Posted 15 February 2015 The man is an EMPLOYEE of OUR club. As an employee he is not performing adequately in his appointed role. His lack of performance is now without doubt detrimental to the well-being of OUR club. People should question where their loyalties reside, with Pearson or with the Club? Those saying "there is nobody else out there" cannot use this nonsensical logic to justify keeping this "underperforming employee" in his role. Pearson OUT NOW for the sake of OUR club !!!
PAULCFC Posted 15 February 2015 Posted 15 February 2015 Been on the fence untill today,he's not going to take us any further.....so OUT.
tickler28 Posted 15 February 2015 Posted 15 February 2015 But who would you replace him with.........Lennon? I have a new suggestion Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink
dylanlegend Posted 15 February 2015 Posted 15 February 2015 Who would replace him now? I would actually be quite happy with Lambert! Did well at Norwich and although not great with Villa he did manage to keep them up over recent seasons. He's also got experience in the championship if we go down
teblin Posted 15 February 2015 Posted 15 February 2015 But who would you replace him with.........Lennon? I have a new suggestion Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink Bit soon for that.
Sickfox Posted 15 February 2015 Posted 15 February 2015 I am a long time lurker and not poster, however as a fan of this club for 35 years and seeing us go through it all, I was a fan of NP... But today's performance cannot be ignored.. Along with the rest of this season, it pains me to say but I think it's time for a change.
Matt Posted 15 February 2015 Posted 15 February 2015 I like him but he's becoming indefensible. For me the only reason he's still in the job and should still be in the job is because there is very little choice out there and I don't think we'd be much/if any better off. I have had questions for a the last few weeks, the first time in his tenure, but if someone decent was available I think he'd have to get the chop now. I always said he shouldn't be sacked even if we get relegated, unless he did stupid things - He is, i'd cut him some slack if he learnt, but he's not learning.
NewquayFox Posted 15 February 2015 Posted 15 February 2015 Always supported and stood by Pearsons decisions but today was an insult to City fans, do the decent thing Nigel and step down now.....
Guest Lcfc82 Posted 15 February 2015 Posted 15 February 2015 Be nice if he stood down but will probably have to pay him off. Get rid
hackneyfox Posted 15 February 2015 Posted 15 February 2015 Does anyone actually believe that he's learnt anything this season and improved as a manger? We have to rebuild an entire defence next season because he's failed to bring in young players so the idea that we'll come straight back up is unlikely and if we did he'd relegate us again. Doesn't matter who comes in now we'd surely be better set up for games.
LCFCSOULBOY Posted 15 February 2015 Posted 15 February 2015 Absolutely you are just finding excuses to accept defeat. I think the worst argument you can use for keeping a manager is that he can perform better at a lower level or who would you replace him with. When you start using those excuses then maybe it is time to look at replacing them. Meh, that's how I feel at present.
