Walshy5 Posted 8 December 2014 Posted 8 December 2014 Might go Villa v Blackpool instead. Missus is a blackpool fan.
kingfox Posted 8 December 2014 Posted 8 December 2014 Will be pissing easy, because we will have Pulis in charge by then.
gazzer Posted 8 December 2014 Posted 8 December 2014 I might go if it's cheap and Pearson has gone. He hates cup competitions. Psychological trauma from when he lost to the mighty leicester in the rumbelows final...
reynard Posted 8 December 2014 Posted 8 December 2014 So a match between two sides who don't give a toss about the cup. May as well play the entire under 21s, can't do much worse.
reynard Posted 8 December 2014 Posted 8 December 2014 So for most of us it's a crap draw. I wonder what Newcastle fans think about it. I'm sure they're just thrilled like us. At least they know they're in the 4th round though.
AndWhat? Posted 8 December 2014 Posted 8 December 2014 Me too. Either of these would be a 'home' game for me. Where abouts you from mate?
Fox92 Posted 8 December 2014 Posted 8 December 2014 Bit boring again really. All those teams as well.
Soup Posted 8 December 2014 Posted 8 December 2014 Most of you lot are miserable bastards,20/30 years ago this draw would of been cheered.I honestly think some would rather stay at home and watch Madrid v Barca.Another excuse to go down the pub and sink a few pints sounds good to me.
PAULCFC Posted 8 December 2014 Posted 8 December 2014 Not missed a FA cup tie in years....(even Stevenage and Daganham),but if it's much above a tenner,i won't bother.
David Hankey Posted 8 December 2014 Posted 8 December 2014 That old adage needs to kick in; forget the Cup so we can concentrate on the League. We've certainly a lot to concentrate on. Either that or we have a fantastic Cup run get to the Final as well as getting relegated!!
LCFC Rennie Posted 8 December 2014 Posted 8 December 2014 Really want it to be a draw so we can have Newcastle away again.
ealingfox Posted 8 December 2014 Posted 8 December 2014 My word the footballing gods really are unleashing their diarrhoea all over us at the moment - what a shit draw. No glamour, no interest, no sub-plots, nothing easy about the tie and we'll almost certainly lose, or even worse we'll draw. Just fvck off footballing gods we don't deserve this.
Walshy5 Posted 8 December 2014 Posted 8 December 2014 I hope this gets on tv!!! If it is it will remain on Saturday as tigers are playing on the Sunday.
Dr The Singh Posted 8 December 2014 Posted 8 December 2014 If it is it will remain on Saturday as tigers are playing on the Sunday. Sounds good!!
fuchsntf Posted 8 December 2014 Posted 8 December 2014 This is a great draw, by the time we play, we would have won more, and Newcastle will be on a downer. plus it sets us up for the next round, Chelsea at home.!!
Raj Posted 9 December 2014 Posted 9 December 2014 Really want it to be a draw so we can have Newcastle away again. Yeah we really need ANOTHER match for players to pick up injuries or suspensions. Great shout that....
veezeeblue Posted 9 December 2014 Posted 9 December 2014 I hope this gets on tv!!! What this thread ? no chance but How has Stringer Handled the last few weeks? has got potential
veezeeblue Posted 9 December 2014 Posted 9 December 2014 5 - 3 Vardy to score all 5 Morgan to score all 3
Footballwipe Posted 9 December 2014 Posted 9 December 2014 No chance of it being on TV. Just hope they gage the ticket prices right and the two clubs can come to some sort of consensus on a maximum of £15, I'd love to see it be £10 for ST holders and £12 everyone else, though I have a feeling we're gonna go for £20 a ticket, which will keep the attendance down nicely. Shame it can't be played on the Sunday instead too with the Tigers down to play, coming just two days after Liverpool and in a hectic period for the club it's surely more likely that both teams will put out weakened teams.
Guest ttfn Posted 9 December 2014 Posted 9 December 2014 2 days after Liverpool? Does that mean we play Friday-Sunday-Thursday-Saturday? If so that is both brilliant and ridiculous. Bridiculous. Reckon we'll win all 4 by a combined score line of 4-0.
Hirsty The Blue 94 Posted 9 December 2014 Posted 9 December 2014 Neither team will be playing anywhere near the full side with all 4 games in 8 days leading up to it. Would have preferred an away game but will still more than likely go.
Crinklyfox Posted 9 December 2014 Posted 9 December 2014 Don't understand the negativity about this draw. OK we could have drawn a lower league team and had an easier afternoon but at least we won't be on the wrong end of a potential giant killing. Losing to a League 1 or 2 team would really have a negative effect on the latter half of our season where we desperately need to pick up and get some results. If we beat Newcastle everyone will be positive, if we lose then its not a disgrace.
Sir Fynwy Posted 9 December 2014 Posted 9 December 2014 I'm so convinced that city won't reach the FA Cup final that I've just booked 2 weeks away in New York flying out the day after QPR, how pissed off would I be if we did get there?
