The Doctor Posted 11 December 2014 Posted 11 December 2014 Genuine question, I thought he was good against Stoke what did he do that was shakey? Kicking was woeful and he didn't look comfortable - got a bit lucky with that double save kicked straight at him.
The Doctor Posted 11 December 2014 Posted 11 December 2014 Yeh, that clean sheet against Stoke was woeful Jog on Didn't say it was, but he wasn't inspiring against Stoke and was abysmal vs Shrewsbury
The Doctor Posted 11 December 2014 Posted 11 December 2014 I thought a straight red was a 3 game ban? Unless it's a professional foul - which Morgans was. That's a one game ban Can we get multi quote on the mobile skin?
Leicesterpool Posted 11 December 2014 Posted 11 December 2014 Very sad as against Villa he was probably the best player on the field for the foxes, however great chance for Hamer and good luck to him.
ARTY_FOX Posted 11 December 2014 Posted 11 December 2014 Kicking was woeful and he didn't look comfortable - got a bit lucky with that double save kicked straight at him. Cheers the first half hour of stoke is a blur, thanks to there policy of shoving fans in pubs
Charl91 Posted 11 December 2014 Posted 11 December 2014 Well, it's probably irrelevant. We're not going to win any game either way.
NewburyFox Posted 11 December 2014 Posted 11 December 2014 With a bit of luck (luck, what's that?), Hamer will come out with something to prove and put in the performance of a lifetime. Do we have a Hamer chant? "Ben Ben Hamer!" knowing our fans
Merging Cultures Posted 11 December 2014 Posted 11 December 2014 While I have been disappointed with Kasper recently, I hope he gets better soon. It will be interesting to see if Hamer steps up. If we get another clean sheet, with Kasper get back in?
GingerrrFox Posted 11 December 2014 Posted 11 December 2014 The most intriguing aspect of this is what happens if Hamer plays out the skin for the next 4-6 weeks? I can sense a commotion coming.
Merging Cultures Posted 11 December 2014 Posted 11 December 2014 xmas party is Tuesday , nugents gonna buy vardy some dodgy coke !!Pepsi?
Rasmic123 Posted 11 December 2014 Posted 11 December 2014 not good news, kasper is a much better keeper than hamer
Merging Cultures Posted 11 December 2014 Posted 11 December 2014 Given the current form of our defence I think most were expecting a bucket load anyway.Oh oh, oh oh oh oh oooooHamer time
The Blue Moon Posted 11 December 2014 Posted 11 December 2014 Fantastic news! Get in!!! Perfect timing to give Hamer a few games chance and then if he's not up to it let's get a premiership standard keeper. This is a massive boost to our chances of staying up.
Soar Fox Posted 11 December 2014 Posted 11 December 2014 Fantastic news! Get in!!! Perfect timing to give Hamer a few games chance and then if he's not up to it let's get a premiership standard keeper. This is a massive boost to our chances of staying up. !
Guest Col city fan Posted 11 December 2014 Posted 11 December 2014 The season goes from bad to worse. There's gotta be some sort of spark from somewhere.
Beliall Posted 11 December 2014 Posted 11 December 2014 This goid be good for us. Not ideal that kasper is out for 2 months, id rather we tried hamer for a game. Now hes all we have. Good luck ben.
hackneyfox Posted 11 December 2014 Posted 11 December 2014 Jack Buckland is available, can we claim an emergency loan?
VLC86 Posted 11 December 2014 Posted 11 December 2014 Hopefully something positive comes of this EG us buying a better keeper or Ben Hamer turns out to be great. Either that or Hamer gets injured In the match and Conrad comes in, concedes 10 and it adds a bit of comedy value to our calamitous season.
Clever Fox Posted 11 December 2014 Posted 11 December 2014 I don't believe he can do any worse than Kasper so far this season, But we'll soon find out. t50% clean sheets for Charlton is no mean feet from a mid table team. At least he'll be better with crosses, not that Man city hit many. They tend to try and keep the Ball until they find a way through. But the wild Beard has to go if he want's people to take him seriously.
Matt Posted 11 December 2014 Posted 11 December 2014 Well it's the only way he was going to be dropped isn't it?!!
Corky Posted 11 December 2014 Posted 11 December 2014 Jack Buckland is available, can we claim an emergency loan? Get Paddy Kenny in, Warnock said Butland is nowhere near as good.
DANGEROUS TIGER Posted 11 December 2014 Posted 11 December 2014 I'm very pleased that Hamer will have his chance, but sorry that it had to be through injury to Schmeichel. Good luck Ben, I hope you can prove yourself.
