MC Prussian Posted 13 December 2014 Posted 13 December 2014 Much better performance, but we're definitely lacking that particular something in the attacking midfield and striker position. I can't say anything bad about the team effort today, it was a clear improvement compared to the weeks before and the 4-5-1 worked very well. One lapse in concentration cost us once more... Still, onwards and upwards. We're on the up, more of this and more attacking options and we'll turn it around.

Loads of hustle and bustle and very very rare instances of quality but devoid of ideas up front and always open to an absolute screw up at the back. 5 points adrift now with no end in sight. I can't see where the next point is coming from never mind 5 to just get level with 17th. Bad times

Someone who can take a set piece would be essential in January. i honestly can't see us spending in jan, especially if we're not closer to the safety zone.

There are many positives to be taken from today's game, with some excellent performances from the players. Happy to see Drinkwater back & playing well. Hamer was decent & certainly no worse than Kasper. RDL would have been crucified on here for some of the non-balls Simpson was playing Mahrez seemed to be our best attacking option & Vardy had his best game for a long time

I think we're as good as down to be honest, but I'm going to hope that changes. Decent game, some players were really great but we still lost. 0 points. 2 points out of 33. Can't believe we waited ten years for this.

He has to go I'm afriad. I wouldn't be so harsh on Vardy. He gave it all, but his end product let him down today.

Richard Posted 13 December 2014 Posted 13 December 2014 Work hard but just not a team of Premier League standard. We had a lot of balls up to Ulloa to flick on/Vardy to chase but no quality or creativity. 5 points from safety and not looking good, despite a hard working performance.
