Yeah QPR's squad is nothing like ours now but I bet after three years of Pearson they'd be a hell of a lot better. He lays very solid foundations and builds good teams. I could see it.

I could see it.To be fair our squad back in the summer of '11 wasn't too dissimilar from your standard QPR squad of today (it was worse, actually) so I reckon he'll know exactly what to do and it may take him less time than it did for us the second time round.
