Saints away next!.. Early thoughts..

At the moment, especially after their win yesterday, Southampton away is one of the toughest fixtures on the calendar. They have class and quality all over the park. A point would be a great return but we have the ability to beat them and a win isn't out of the question.

Should be a real humdinger this one. Both teams play fast attacking football and have scored a lot recently. A high scoring draw would be my bet.

Spot on!

I'd be happy with a draw....even happier with a win. Can't see it being goalless somehow, but again would dearly love to see a City clean sheet.

Too tough to call ...   either team is capable of a win so I think it will be who turns up on the day and who wants it ...   (not very scientific I know but sometimes thats all it boils down to) ...

Chelski are in free fall at the moment and made Southampton look like world beaters that aside the Saints are a tidy side.

Mane is the key for me keep him quiet and we should be ok.

Be happy with a draw 2-2

Same team but Ulloa in for Okazaki. Will be a very tough game, the negative side of me thinks we'll lose but I think we could draw or nick it. Basically I know **** all but would be very happy with a draw

Stuff this nonsense, of I will be happy with a draw.

We are in the best form of 10years, we are wondering around the top echelons of the PL table, we scare the opposition, we respect nobody.Southampton were one of the targets many said we would love to follow, well at this stage lets stop being frightened, of waking up from a marvellous dream, 3 points are ours for the taking, lets grab them and then pay respects

to a well ran club, who just cant keep up with us at the moment.

I dont know how it will end, but I would love CPalace and ourselves to take 2 of the top 4 places.Above all our individual

expectations, FFS of course it is, but so long as this run holds, I will believe the "Yes we can" way of things.

last season 1 point was a fighters hope, now we have experience and a tactic, that few clubs are keeping up with, we have not

12 reasonable players, like last season but an hardenned core of 16 1st team flyers full of confidence, and not lacking skill while playing at pace. This may just be The Foxes strongest era...

So 3points.

Mane is the key for me keep him quiet and who know's, the other obvious threat Pelle appears to be easy to unsettle looking at his bizarre over reaction to Ross Barkley at the weekend.

Be happy with a draw 2-2

Are you talking about Emré Can there, or am I missing something? haha

Should be a good game, hopefully we don't lose any players to injury over the international weekend, which is a nice concern to have I suppose. Would not be surprised by any result in this game. We're looking really good at the minute but so are Southampton, score draw is probably a decent shout.

Struggling to shift ours for this? Sales made it all the way down to Members so far

woman on ticket line said there was only a handful left now but we took a smaller allocation

Tricky tricky game this. Another one we traditionally struggle at although that's not stopped us taking the points at Norwich & West Ham.

This is our toughest away game yet for me. These are better than the other four. I'd take a point.

Very very difficult game this one. They will be bouncing having beaten a very poor Chelsea side on the day.

I predict a small loss. I think they'll be goals

2-1 to the Saints I think.

We always beat them at ours and they have always beaten us at theirs so a point I'd be happy with and take all three at ours later in the season.

got 0-0 written all over it.

which wouldnt be the end of the world.

A 0-0 means pizza. Far from the end of the world.

A very tough fixture as many have pointed out. That in itself is huge credit to Southampton considering how many of their key players they have lost over the few transfer windows. They are a superbly run club with arguably (though I can't see an argument) the most successful academy in the country, a transfer policy which has stopped them from going backwards and another excellent choice of manager in Ronald Koeman. So many other clubs in the PL could learn from them...

I actually think this is our hardest game so far. The likes of Pelle, Tadic and Mane have continued to impress and will cause problems to our can't keep a clean sheet defence. Steven Davis is to me as well a very under-rated midfielder. However... playing Chelsea may suit them more than it does playing us and I doubt we will look anywhere near as stupid as the current champions.

I'm expecting goals as per usual and I'm going for a Southampton 3-2 victory.
