also one thing i forgot to mention was the balls in for the goals. two sensational crosses. albrighton's was out of this world, I was watching from the stand and didn't think it was on and he landed it on riyads foot like nothing had happened.

Schmeichel didn't flap at that corner, Ulloa flicked it beyond him.

He did, it just emphasises that obvious weakness of his that he isnt commanding enough in that area.

Fortunately he made a top save against Costa which secured all three points. It is an area we could strengthen on though.

Riyad's touch was magical, that ball must have come down with snow on it.

Some people saying Kasper was poor and Courtois was excellent.

I'm sorry, but I have to say out of the 2 goalkeepers playing tonight, one was good, the other was poor.

I am an ex semi pro (played a little pro football) goalkeeper so I think I might know what I am talking about.

Courtois was poor, he fumbled, missed punches, nearly got caught in no mans land with a couple of dodgy decisions (especially in the build up to our 2nd goal and a few crosses) and looked unsure and nervous and did not instil confidence in the defence

Kasper, on the other hand was steady, made a great save, could do nothing about the goal.

Negating the fact that I am a Leicester fan, on tonights performances alone, I would have had Kasper in our net every time.

Give the lad a break.

Chelsea fans in the pub Sol the wall Bamba and I were in literally made excuse after excuse after we scored. Apparently Vardy's goal was soft and we're cheating cvnts who will get smashed by Everton.

Boys, it feels so good!!!

Well done Steve, hear you gave as good as you got - hard lads you two.

wow!!

what  an atmosphere, what a team.

So much change in 4 years. The king power tongight is the best atmosphere at a football game ever for me.

UnionFS, congrats for singing all night, Owners, congrats the clappers are genius.

Thanks Leicester City, thanks fans... see you at goodison :)

I dont know if i ever thought, i would legitimately sing, we are top of the league  :)

Potentially a blessing in disguise? It would have been difficult to change a winning team, but we will need to rotate between now and February.

The bigger concern for me - Vardy is one booking away from a one match ban. That's the one area we don't have an obvious replacement.

Theoretically it's Shinji. Give him a chance in his natural position, and Vardy gets rest for a game (which in the big picture, I'll live).

Oh god when do we start to play the big teams...!!

WHY in the posts today did we ever doubt them.

Today every single player, put in a shift and great individual performance.

Ulloa earnt every penny, Simpson had his best technical game, Huth, Morgan, Fuchs so focused.

King, Kante, albrighton were everywhere, then stood firm.

Those other 2 super heroes, whos name I forget at the moment, love that white rectangle thing with a net.

2 late subs knew what they had to do.

Ranieri another top technicalcstep forward....

Why do we fans still not believe.....

Now you all go tomorrow and pay respects to our gud ol king dick...

Your Richard III schtick was a half-joke to most, but I'm beginning to think you were on to something there...

Ulloa looked sluggish, fair play he's a big lad, but should have been subbed around 50-55 mins.

Overall, good result, and to cap it off, we're all still celebrating here in Kiev.

Dasvidaniya to you all

Ulloa was outstanding in the first half but he ran out of gas very early on in the 2nd. I think the only explanation for why he stayed on is that Chelsea were winning corners at will and we commited a few fouls around the box as well. Luckily Chelsea were their own worst enemy in that department tonight.

Ulloa we needed late into the game due to his hight., and target to get out of pressure moments.
