Rodgers has managed 10 points from four matches against Arsenal- how long did the previous ten take?

 

First 1-0 league win under Rodgers tonight too.

We have known for some time that Vardy is one of the most efficient strikers in top world football. It is actually astounding how lethal he is given that his chances are far from easy a lot of the time.

But the stats don't tell the story of penalties or the fact we just don't create a slew of chances. Under Rodgers we have really cut down on shots from range as well. 

It's impressive that we're this clinical but it's not just a positive stat either.

Vardy has now scored in seven different competitions for us (Premier League, Championship, FA Cup, League Cup, Champions League, Europa League and Community Shield).

Taking into account his career, I suspect he's scored in more competitions than most, and could even be the most. He scored in NPL Premier Division, Conference North, Conference Premier. Possibly the FA Trophy? Plus the European Champs for England 

 

Can't think of many who have scored in more?
