So we now have 20mil additional funds plus 4 mill per year in salary to offer a replacement. More importantly, that replacement now knows that he doesn't have to compete with vardy for the starting spot. Given vardy's age, that's not the worst position to be in. I would rather he stayed but it isn't the end of the world if we can convince NG to stay and Walshy can weave his magic.

Yes mate and all are in agreement arsenal historically are a bigger club than us. You said he has more of a chance to win trophies there though.

Based on the last 13 years (longer than Vardy's entire career) we have won more trophies and have just won the league.
