Literally every single one of the other 19 teams are either fighting for Europe or fighting to avoid getting sucked into a relegation scrap Bit worried now (just a tiny bit) as us losing the next two games is very possible. The mental picture of Tony Pulis in speedo's has put me off my tea
Mark_w Posted 5 April 2017 Posted 5 April 2017 That's it Tottenham, build up that delicious false hope.

Koke Posted 5 April 2017 Posted 5 April 2017 Other than Hull winning it's been a decent night for us.

Gerard Posted 5 April 2017 Posted 5 April 2017 Sunderland and Boro look gone and Swansea 8pts behind us with 7 games left and we have a +19 GD on them which virtually means they need 9pts more than us in 7 games.
Guest FriendlyRam Posted 5 April 2017 Posted 5 April 2017 That is a meltdown final few minutes at the liberty. they must feel totally sick to concede at 1-0,, but to lose 1-3 after being 1-0 at 88 is a real hammer blow Don't mind playing Swansea next season

There's not much about them other than being 'plucky'. They're what Bournemouth aspire to....

Basically we need to collect 12 points out of a possible 24 to confirm safety. That's assuming Swansea win all their 7 games left.

Staffs Fox Posted 5 April 2017 Posted 5 April 2017 Essentially 9 points clear now if you include GD with a game in hand Its not inconceivable that Swansea will not even get that (they only have 21 to play for) There run in on paper is what the 'pundits' would call favourable but it's mainly against teams around them which as Boro found out is not good

I remember someone coming on here when a load of us wanted to get tickets in their end for the game before we lifted the trophy, claiming that they'd beat anyone up who sounded English
Koke Posted 5 April 2017 Posted 5 April 2017 The bottom half look mental. Teams like Stoke and Burnley were supposedly safe weeks ago. They are both below us in the table.
