Guest Col city fan Posted 8 September 2016 Posted 8 September 2016 Flamini is miles past his best but on a free...yeah good signing for Palace.
Wymsey Posted 8 September 2016 Posted 8 September 2016 Hull fans may well have to put up with their controversial owner a bit more longer as proposed sale falls through. http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/37312166
Dan Posted 8 September 2016 Posted 8 September 2016 5 hours ago, shen said: No, I am asking the question. The same people who tipped us to finish bottom last season? What the f::: do they know? And let me flip the board around and ask, just because you're managing the richest club which will compete for the trophy every year, does that mean you shouldn't be able to win a monthly award? By getting promoted to a top you stand less of a chance of recognition? You make it sound like managing a top club with a lot of resources is easy... I don't think they should be exempt from it, but I think what Phelan did in August with Hull, given their lack of resources, was the most impressive job of the month and for that reason he'd have won it if it was up to me.
MrSpaM Posted 9 September 2016 Posted 9 September 2016 Talk of Harry Kane going to AC Milan in January today for a ridiculous fee I'm starting to realise why Tottenham didn't get treated like we did this summer, with constant speculation about their best players leaving. The article in the guardian basically makes out like AC Milan are living in a dream world if they think Harry Kane is going anywhere, completely downplays it and swiftly moves on to news about other players in the same article. It seems completely unprofessional and reads like it's been written by a Spurs fan. "So, in January, Milan will offer Spurs €50m for him, in full knowledge that they have no chance whatsoever of getting him. Nonetheless, everyone will be dead impressed. "

" Quite a few Spurs plays have signed new contracts recently or will supposedly soon. Hope the players were smart enough to demand release clauses. At least release clauses for if they fail to make CL again or even Europa.

No they don't AC Milan has just been brought by a Chinese billionaire who's throwing money around at the moment. He must of got bored doing it in China so decided to do it in Italy instead.
FireFox Posted 10 September 2016 Posted 10 September 2016 I hope we get to see Pep get embarrassed by Jose, but it'll probably end up 1-1. Will have the Old Firm on at the same time though for some excitement.
TheSomersetFox Posted 10 September 2016 Posted 10 September 2016 All this "most anticipated match in premier league history" shite about the Manchester derby is getting right on my nerves tbh, gonna be a shite 0-0 after all this ridiculous hype
Corky Posted 10 September 2016 Posted 10 September 2016 Hopefully we'll be able to view Dugout Cam throughout the game.
ScouseFox Posted 10 September 2016 Posted 10 September 2016 how did man city spend about 15 billion quid in a few years and still have a defence that looks worse than ours which probably cost about a weeks worth of John stones' wages?
foxes21 Posted 10 September 2016 Posted 10 September 2016 anyone else not watching the build up, because you know how cringey it's going to be
deejdeej Posted 10 September 2016 Posted 10 September 2016 Lumping a fiver on 0-0. If that doesn't happen I hope utd get thrashed

Foxxed Posted 10 September 2016 Posted 10 September 2016 Kane might improve at AC, which would be great for England.
fazzyfox Posted 10 September 2016 Posted 10 September 2016 Ooh look, both managers in their own technical areas...at the same time, the drama, the tension, the history.....
Sharpe's Fox Posted 10 September 2016 Posted 10 September 2016 Lingard is shite barely good enough to be playing for Colchester United never mind Manchester United.
AKCJ Posted 10 September 2016 Posted 10 September 2016 De Bruyne is absolutely majestic. Such a good footballer.
Torten Posted 10 September 2016 Posted 10 September 2016 Said it before and I'll say it again, Lingard is shit

But he was like Messi when he scored against us in that friendly... Him and Rooney though, why, Mata needs to be in that team.

The way Sky are going on, it's pretty much the decider.
