Better he has a holiday and a good rest than he spends weeks with those overpaid prima donnas being told how much they all earn and tapped up. Almost impossible not to get through the group stages so vards won't have much of a break. Not going to slag off Hodgson. He believes he has better players infront of DD. He gets paid to make these decisions and if we don't make the quarters then he should be sacked.

I wont be supporting them, I'll back some other team and route for them. Got £50 on France at 3/1. Vardy will either be on the bench or at left back

Drinky is exceptional in the league winning side and the likes of Henderson and Barkley are average in underachieving teams yet they go?? I half expected it but it doesn't make it any better

But the fact that we have an english midfielder that won the league and can't get a game for his country tells you all you need to know about the FA. Hope he isn't to upset personally and get some rest and come back even better next year.

The sad thing is if Drinky had had an inconsistent season in a traditional top 4 side he'd be guaranteed a place in the squad. Hodgson's an absolute moron.

If Rashford had scored the goals he did for, say, Norwich... would he even be in Hodgsons thoughts? Course not. Hodgson is bothered about satisfying the greatest number of people - meaning selecting players from the biggest teams. I can't wait for him to sign a new contract.
