Alexikokopops Posted 15 June 2016 Posted 15 June 2016 Baby due on 6th November. Planning to get it done at the birth centre in Watford hospital. Basically need it to be two weeks late so I can combine it with the away match. Two birds, one stone. Why is Boro away ALWAYS on a weeknight? Last time we played them at the Riverside was a Saturday, opening game of our promotion season!
Bert Posted 15 June 2016 Posted 15 June 2016 Why is Boro away ALWAYS on a weeknight? It's not. It's the bank holiday for new year, 3pm. Away before every champions league game.

WTF a Marsh junior?! Mazel tov. That's terrifying. You best raise him a Wales fan.
Super_horns Posted 15 June 2016 Posted 15 June 2016 Look forward to helping you retain the title when we beat Man City on the final day. Feel a bit for our new manager. First 4 games: Saints (A), Chelsea (H), Arsenal (H) and West Ham (A)
Ozwin Posted 15 June 2016 Posted 15 June 2016 So when do we think our 'toughest run of fixtures' is then? Looks quite nice on the whole.
StanSP Posted 15 June 2016 Author Posted 15 June 2016 Yeah, we seem to be playing all the good ,bad and middling teams, home and away over the course of the season. incorrect. I think even by May, it'll be concluded that we still haven't played any big teams yet... So when do we think our 'toughest run of fixtures' is then? Looks quite nice on the whole. I'd say October. Southampton, Chelsea, Palace, Spurs.
EnderbyFox Posted 15 June 2016 Posted 15 June 2016 Guardiola's got a baptism of fire in the shape of Fat Sam
Fox42 Posted 15 June 2016 Posted 15 June 2016 So when do we think our 'toughest run of fixtures' is then? Looks quite nice on the whole.Form will play itself out as it normally does during the season, don't worry.
Koke Posted 15 June 2016 Posted 15 June 2016 Manchester City will secure the title against us in May. Or we will give them a guard of honour after they've already secured it a week earlier.
kingfox Posted 15 June 2016 Posted 15 June 2016 Will be nice to get one of the most boring away trips out of the way first. Up until November it's a complete mixture, basically a winnable game followed by a more difficult one. Man City away will be the game where we win the Premier League for a second time.
indierich06 Posted 15 June 2016 Posted 15 June 2016 if you read the article, the first sentence says 'Premier League champions Leicester City will begin their title defence at promoted Hull City on 13 August. ' If you read my post, you'd know I was referring to the 'key moments' of the season section, which makes no reference to the current Champions at all.
Lcfc_lass10 Posted 15 June 2016 Posted 15 June 2016 Arsenal will win it in February again, this time against Hull.
StanSP Posted 15 June 2016 Author Posted 15 June 2016 i'll say that we'll win the league again when we're not playing...
Sol thewall Bamba Posted 15 June 2016 Posted 15 June 2016 The most depressing thing is that if Wednesday had won the playoffs, we might have been going to Hillsborough first game of the season which would have been awesome.
foxes21 Posted 15 June 2016 Posted 15 June 2016 after each champs league game we play burnley, palace, west brom, boro, man city bar man city we should be able to rest players for these fixtures who will be knackered after the champs league with the style we play rotation gonna be key for us glad to see our january fixtures aren't too daunting aswell, so the afcon shouldn't fuch us up too much.
FireFox Posted 15 June 2016 Posted 15 June 2016 Feel a bit for our new manager. First 4 games: Saints (A), Chelsea (H), Arsenal (H) and West Ham (A) The first two will have new managers, possibly both with a bit of a limited pre-season.
shen Posted 15 June 2016 Posted 15 June 2016 Basically, all we can say is that we cannot blame the fixture list at the end of the season. The so-called strong teams are spaced out reasonably and we have home fixtures after every CL fixture. Can't ask for more.
Clever Fox Posted 15 June 2016 Posted 15 June 2016 We'll have to hit the ground running if we're going to be top 6 again with a few big fixtures early in the season. Still I cant wait for it to start. We really need a few good signings and that's without losing anyone.
EGBFitness Posted 15 June 2016 Posted 15 June 2016 I guess people who go to games do so. Kind of took it the wrong way without reading the rest of the paragraph. Meaning people look at things by saying easy fixture etc
davieG Posted 15 June 2016 Posted 15 June 2016 1 - NO TRAVEL TROUBLE FOR LEICESTER The champions have a first Champions League adventure on their horizon but the defence of their title will not be hindered by arduous trips straight after being in Europe. Incredibly, the six games Leicester will play immediately after contesting Champions League group games will all be at the King Power Stadium. The first European game is scheduled for September 13/14 and the weekend after, Leicester host Burnley. The trend continues all the way through the first half of the campaing, with Southampton, Crystal Palace, West Brom, Middlesbrough and, finally, Manchester City all visiting Leicester.

We're going to hear about this so much from fans of other CL sides this season (Spurs, I'm looking at you!)
AKCJ Posted 15 June 2016 Posted 15 June 2016 So not only do we have gone games after our Champions League fixtures... apart from Man City they're all piss easy. Get in.
Hollism Posted 15 June 2016 Posted 15 June 2016 Is it just me that would prefer us to be at home BEFORE every CL fixture?
