HankMarvin Posted 27 July 2016 Posted 27 July 2016 Been second favourites on sky bet to sign him and ox for about the last 2 months on there

DO NOT WANT.
fazzyfox Posted 27 July 2016 Posted 27 July 2016 He reminds me of that old abandoned factory down near the canal as they both have the same amount of end product.

And I fear that if he does come, it will indeed mean that Mahrez goes the other way. He is a quality player. if he gets regular football will be a star. His fitness is the only issue with him. would be a great get.
Benji Posted 27 July 2016 Posted 27 July 2016 If he stayed fit he would be great for our style of play. He and Sanchez tore us apart in the 5-2 much of which owed to our gungho approach to the game. We could use him very effectively and make him look a quality player again. Problem is his desire to be a striker, which we won't make him and his injury record.

Nick Posted 27 July 2016 Posted 27 July 2016 Ranieri wanted him back in May and apparently enquired but Walcott was not interested at all in coming...... Unless Arsenal have told him to find a new club since then, I doubt there's anything in this unless its a swap and some cash involving Mahrez.
yorkie1999 Posted 27 July 2016 Posted 27 July 2016 If we wanted to turn the tables on arsenal, we should bid 40 million for this lacazette guy they're after. Now that would piss them off.

lestajigs Posted 27 July 2016 Posted 27 July 2016 Doubt very much he would want to come here anyway tbf, should think he will stay in the capital
purpleronnie Posted 27 July 2016 Posted 27 July 2016 Quick someone do a terrible photoshop of Theo in a leicester shirt.
lgfualol Posted 27 July 2016 Posted 27 July 2016 He's not even that good and somehow on so much money.
Fox 4 Life Posted 27 July 2016 Posted 27 July 2016 I bet we are 2nd or even 1st favourites to sign alot of players on skybet. Does it really need a thread??
Carl the Llama Posted 27 July 2016 Posted 27 July 2016 Would take him in a heartbeat if he was asking for similar wages to Jeff but I somehow doubt that's the case. Poor value for money despite the low fee of £10m.
dylanlegend Posted 27 July 2016 Posted 27 July 2016 I'm sure most Arsenal fans would be happy for us to take him off their hands. Signing Cech or Sanchez would be turning the tables on Arsenal... Not Theo bloody Walcott

Top quality and exceeds all of our current wingers/attacking midfielders with the exception of Mahrez in every area. His problem is he plays for Arsenal and as has been said, they have no idea how to handle player fitness. We do. If Walcott was available for £10m, that is an absolute steal. Certainly exceeds them in time out injured, a rich man's Jeff Schlupp
