Good luck RDL. Contributed a lot to the cause in the time he was here, and also very friendly and patient with my sons when we bumped into him a couple of years back!

He exceeded my expectations and although not a top quality player, he definitely has quality for borderline Premier League football.

Thanks for the breakthrough against Derby in that rout and in particular the ball over to Vardy for 4-3 against ManU

good luck to him, it seems we are having a bit of a clear out with him and moore gone for good so hope we can get decent replacements that can fit in the first team

Was great for us in the Championship but frankly terrified me when he played in the Prem. Good luck RDL!

Memories:

1) The goal v Derby (4-1 at home I think)

2) The beautiful pass to Vardy against Man U

3) The crucial "over the line" goal which kick started our comeback when 2-0 down to Villa

Good luck to Ritchie, a very good professional who had some great games at the club, including the 5-3 win over Man Utd (THAT ball to Vardy) and the 4-1 home win over Derby.

He will certainly do well I reckon, his pace is an asset getting up and down the line, good for overlaps. A move to the West Midlands in Aston Villa will be good for him.

Shocking positioning and defensive sense but more than enough pace to cover himself. Bit like Jeff really.

Easily good enough for a top six championship side, the right kind of signing for them.

Done a good job for us but time to go, wish him well.

Attacking threat at all times, even if he just kicks and run. Very much like Jeff. But will also commit himself to a tackle at least twice a game and get skinned.

Great player for us and good servant to the club ...   times have moved on and I wish him all the best.

Will shine for Villa.

Cheers Ritchie.

Good luck RDL and thanks for the memories.

Loved his opener against Derby in the 4-1 match when we went up. Brilliant individual goal that epitomised the whole team's performance that night - totally irresistible!

Fair play can't blame him for going, surplus to requirements here, but always tried his best. A shame he never got to play under Ranieri with Albrighton in front of him and had a bit of cover, but there is no way we could have Mahrez and RDL on the same flank.

Good luck to him. A very good player who has done well for us, but like Moore we have just outgrown.

I fear Matty James will be next :(

Matty trains and travels with the first team so I think is in Claudio's plans. Those who have been told to find new clubs train with the under 21's.

He and James both seemed like unremarkable signings when we first got them, but they were both superb, all things considered. Ritchie more than played his part and he's surely gonna get in their team ahead of Alan ****ing Hutton.
