brucey Posted 29 October 2016 Posted 29 October 2016 Slimani to start, and to get carded for a cynical foul late in the second half. May be a strategy to deliberately get carded. He's on 2 yellows and any further 1 yellow will get him a 1 match ban for the next CL match. We will need him for the match against Porto, and for the knockout games. If Slim picks a yellow up in this game, he will be banned for Brugge home. Vardy has been more effective against Brugge in the previous meetup. His card accumulation count then resets to needing 2 further yellows before the next 1 match ban.

Was impressed with Copenhagen at the KP, they bossed possession on our own turf. It won't be an easy game. However, I really feel we have turned the corner now. The team is gelling together and many players have raised their game. We look fitter, faster and hungrier and the midfield and forward line have finally decided to play nicely with one another. If we put in an all action display we should have too much. Will go for a 2-1 victory to the Foxes!
brucey Posted 29 October 2016 Posted 29 October 2016 Odds at the bookies bit surprising given the group standings.. 6/5 for a Copenhagen win, 23/10 for a Leicester win. Wouldn't place anything on it though, genuinely could go either way. They have an incredible CL home record vs big teams too.

Going to the game and flying out on Tuesday, absolutely buzzing for it. Nothing short of an extraordinary thrashing would spoil the experience and if we were to score first I won't even be that bothered about getting a thrashing. COYF

I see no reason that we shouldn't start Gray in Mahrez's role. I'd like to see Hernandez. The new PL grappling rules penalise Huth and Morgan's style. Having another defender well integrated is going to be useful.

Pulis will play negatively against us so I think King will be a lot more useful for creating chances against West Brom. Maybe Amartey will have a good game as he'll want to impress. Wouldn't mind seeing Kapustka on the bench but can't see it happening yet.
Costa Blanca Fox Posted 29 October 2016 Posted 29 October 2016 I'm a fox in Spain. The Danish guys out here think LCFC are a small team and were dissapointed they lost in Leicester. They have a tremendous home record so it will be a tough match with an intimidating atmosphere.Need to play the same as against Palace and Spurs, be in their faces, high tempo. My Danish neighbour has got us two vip tickets so really looking forward to the match. COYB
