He won't play. He was behind sturridge and Rashford last time round, and now the golden boy Kane is back.

I think Vardy is a very lucky boy but, aside from the last couple of weeks, Drinkwater should be the first midfielder named.

Vardy's selection summing up everything I hate about England and the selection policy, I cannot be proud or say well done about that - If I was and did i'd be a hypocrite.

 

I'd be going mad if I was a fan of another club.

 

As for Drinky, well done, the only player who seems is worth his new contract and he defintely deserves his call up. (Wasn't great today, but no-one was and barring today been our best player and carried the team in every game so far this season)

 

All of that said England and International Football can FOAD. I will have a slight interest in the England v Jocks game but that's only because of my dislike for the jocks, I want anyone to beat them.

Rather watch a game with 2-3 guaranteed LCFC starters, instead of a game with 1 possible sub appearance.

The England set up is just hilarious. They refused to play Vardy in his position when he was turning in the best run of form I've seen from an English forward possibly ever, yet now he goes the same number of games without a goal and he's still in, whilst Deeney, Austin and Defoe are all comfortably outperforming him.

 

There is such an establishment mentality it's unbelievable.
