Gazza M Posted 27 January 2017 Posted 27 January 2017 Best home form v worst away form in the league. Away banker! Kasper New RB Morgan New CB Chilwell Marhez Ndidi Drinkwater Gray Ramirez Vardy Subs: Zieler, Fuchs, Huth, Albrighton, Mendy, Okazaki, Slimani Here's hoping!!!
Cropwellfox Posted 27 January 2017 Posted 27 January 2017 Schmeichel simpson huth morgan chilwell mahrez drinkwater ndidi albrighton gray slimani if fit, or ulloa if fit, or Stevie Walsh / Ian Marshall. Just any big ****er. Vardy benched.
ZeGuy Posted 27 January 2017 Posted 27 January 2017 Schmeichel Simpson Morgan Huth Chilwell Mendy Ndidi Drinkwater Mahrez Gray Slimani (if fit) or Ramirez

StriderHiryu Posted 27 January 2017 Posted 27 January 2017 They are brilliant at home, we are just terrible right now, home or away! Can't see a win but I am hoping I am wrong.
Aus Fox Posted 27 January 2017 Posted 27 January 2017 Best thing is they will have no idea what players or formation we will play. This has been Claudio's plan all along. I would go Simpson (unless new RB) Morgan Huth Chilwell Drinkwater Ndidi Albrighton Mahrez Gray Vardy A sneaky backs to the wall 1-0, Mahrez magic and Kasper to have a blinder. With Sunderland, Hull, Swansea and Palace all losing.
harpendenfox Posted 27 January 2017 Posted 27 January 2017 Sing for Riyad all night. He's ours right now, but who knows for how long. He has the magic to help us win sufficient games to keep our place. Riyad, Riyad Riyad..........
lancyclaret Posted 27 January 2017 Posted 27 January 2017 In recent years, you always win at Burnley whether you play well or not - 1-0, 2-0, 1-0, 3-1 to Leicester have been the last four....bit like Burnley always seemed to win 1-0 at the Walker's Stadium. Again, you are playing us at a good time for you - this week our unglamorous but most effective midfielder Dean Marney was ruled out for the season after being injured at Arsenal last week. I am pretty sure he missed the last 2 games at Turf Moor (the 0-1 in 2015 and the 0-2 in 2014). With this in mind I'd be satisfied with a 0-0 or 1-1.....Dyche will have us defending for our lives and trying to use Andre Gray's speed for a goal on the counter-attack.

UPinCarolina Posted 27 January 2017 Posted 27 January 2017 I can fathom the ensuing post-loss meltdown on FT, but I'd rather not consider the ramifications of such a thing. As much of a *must* win match as we have had this season. Right the ship or die trying, there is no other way forward.
lancyclaret Posted 27 January 2017 Posted 27 January 2017 For both sides, it can hardly be more "must-win" than April 2015 when both teams were battling against the drop....poor old Matty Taylor (a favourite of mine) hits the post with a penalty at 0-0 and 30 seconds later the ball is in the back of our net....we'd have likely stayed up had Taylor's shot gone in off the post. Anyway, I thought Leicester played well in second-half and should have won 3-2 tonight. Derby faded badly after 70 minutes.
foxes21 Posted 27 January 2017 Posted 27 January 2017 Guessing Slimani won't be fit for this game. However, if we play 4-4-1-1 I think we can get a result. Kasper Pascanu, Morgan, Huth, Chilwell Albrighton, Mendy, Ndidi, Gray Mahrez Vardy

Desperate times call for desperate measures! Don't want to bash Simpson, but we really do need a ball playing/attack minded alternative to him for games like these. We seem to have that at LB, Fuchs the defensive option & Chilwell the attacking option. The same options at RB would be great.
chicagofox Posted 27 January 2017 Posted 27 January 2017 Those suggesting that Drinkwater should play must be ****ing blind.

Guest Mickyblueeyes Posted 27 January 2017 Posted 27 January 2017 This has to be a win. Simple as. Unfortunately, this is probably the toughest away ground to go to. We lump balls forward and play with little or no movement and Burnley will wipe the floor with us.
crazyleicester Posted 27 January 2017 Posted 27 January 2017 at some of the predictions in here. Its like they think we are playing Barcelona. I think we will do them. 442 and our best team should be wheeled out. We play the same formation and personnel for the rest of the season and I think we will win the Champions League and sneak a Champions League place although the title is a possibility. Kasper Simpson - Morgan - Huth - Fuchs Albrighton- Drinkwater - Ndidi - Chilwell Mahrez Vardy I love Okazaki`s energy but I cant take him spending half the game on the floor. He played well tonight but twice he picked the ball up and ran forward and a Mahrez in that position gives the right pass. I want Mahrez to play in that role as I am tired of seeing him in the right back position chasing back players. He ends up being buggered going forward and i want his energy in forward positions. Im loving Albrighton at right mid as well. His defensive cover at right back is invaluable but his one touch link up play with the midfield and attacking runs always seems better when he plays in a natural right sided position. Id bring Ndidi in for King as well. Again King does loads of the simple things well but today he could have been more aggressive for their second goal and 5 yard passes to the side is not enough. I have seen enough of Ndidi to think that his presence can help us in midfield. I also want DD to drop back more and pick the bloody ball up from the Hoofing trio of Simmo, Huth and Wes who are so clueless on the ball that it looks like someone has passed the a fudgin bomb!!! We`ll be solid on both flanks, we can see Chilwell express himself as he grows into a left sided role as we saw glimpses of his skills as he ran forward attacking a few today and this two wingers and two strikers crap can stop as we never look organised. We win 3-1 with goals from Mahrez, Vardy and substitute Gray who scores a wonder goal on the break. Claudio starts crying and some of the moaning muppets in here come and eat humble pie.

KrefelderFox666 Posted 27 January 2017 Posted 27 January 2017 Schmeichel Albrighton Huth Morgan Chilwell Mahrez King/Mendy Ndidi Gray Vardy Slimani
NewEnglandFox Posted 27 January 2017 Posted 27 January 2017 I'd rather play Gray as a false 9 than Vardy.
lgfualol Posted 27 January 2017 Posted 27 January 2017 Schmeichel Simpson/new rb hopefully Benalouane Huth Chilwell Albrighton Ndidi Mendy Gray Mahrez Slimani
Heart-Shaped Fox Posted 27 January 2017 Posted 27 January 2017 Unfortunately we can't replace our shite centre backs Kasper Simpson Morgan Huth Chillwell Ndidi Drinkwater Gray Mahrez Albrighton Musa No doubt it will be a Easy to play against 442 full of hoofs to Vardy
