It was the fact that we had an numerical advantage, and CR made no attempt to take advantage of that.  As a manager he has been enept and clueless.  We lost like a whimper, Millwall weren't so great, we were very poor and lact tactical guidance to kill a team off.

Thats why is nous and tactical awareness has to be questioned.

He should of pushed on Vardy, before Albrighton. Though I believe he should of started with Vardy anyway.

It was a chance  to get your off form no1 striker scoring.

But like you mentioned, after they went down to 10 men , Gray, Vardy Musa, should of been given carte blanch

to run at them. Not gung ho, not blind, just easy movement ,but all season we have had pace, and not used it.

Ranieri, with no conversion rate simply has no feeling or belief, coming from withinside  his squad towards him.

We have Nobody who can kick ass, from withinside that squad.

Claudio seems that he as lost and is short on any ideas he himself can conjure up.Those sub changes and try to

change his teams tact shown he is void of any clear thought.

I wasnt really against his team choice today, after that good start, and the defence holding its own, they should

of won this game.It seems even lady luck as deserted our play.

Lost at a whimper and lack of tactical guidance......spot on!!

.Lets face it , its not the loosing , its this last sentence that is really hurting all of us

and happening every game.

How can a team and manager, that bust their guts last season, with so much belief, pomp, and measured

humbling arrogance, just implode, and have nor show any spark of avg quality.

If I could have thst choice, my team for Sevilla would be...

Schmeichel

Simpson Benalaoune Amartey..Fuchs/Chills

         Mahrez  Ndidi Kapu  Gray

                  Slimani  Vardy

I just dont think Claudio has the balls to be brave enough to drop or split at least his backfour.

So…. He didn't do anything last year, bar take advantage of s half useful team?  He takes no credit at all?  His tactical changes, team selection and management of a high pressure situation were just a happy accidents?

Are you sure you want to make that statement before you really embarrass yourself?

Question one

If he left today are the team in a worse position that when he started, including signings?

Question 2

All of the points you made, where are these tactical changes, team selections and super management of high pressure situations now? If you have the ability to do said things surely they dont disappear in months.

In case you missed  it

  • Leicester City failed to score for the seventh time in 10 competitive games in 2017.

Worst six teams in Premier League and EFL in 2017

Crystal Palace 7 -10 3
Bournemouth 5 -7 2
Aston Villa 6 -7 1
Coventry City 6 -8 1

Having been at the game I could not believe the substitutions. Millwall down to 10 men replace Kaputska with Albrighton and Gray for Vardy. Can someone explain what Ranieri was trying to achieve? The 10 men of Millwall deserved it.

People were arguing on the train about 'how did we lose to a team that bad'.... were we really any better? Because at the end of the day we've had 19 shots and haven't made the keep make a single half decent save, we've had more of the ball and not done anything with it and we completely folded when put under the smallest amount of pressure against a team with 10 men.

We're so bad it's almost funny. A capitulation as bad as the rise was good.

Ranieri's job is untenable now. He's absolutely finished.

Mercury has some plain strange player ratings. Chilwell had a decent game 6. Sorry, cannot mean the game I just watched. The only thing he protected all afternoon was his quif. Backed off every header. Passed consistently to no one or the opposition and tracked the scorer across the box and let him have an unimpeded shot from 8 years out. Chilwell was prize plum crap.

As for the other. King was absent the entire match so it was never 11 V 10 at any moment. Musa cannot control a football. Mendy has had way too many pies on his sick leave and Oka couldn't score into an open goal from 5 paces.

Central defence pairing looked OK against Div 1 opposition but Millwall outmuscled our lightweights at every header and every 50:50. The players are running away from the ball these days. Albrighton, well he was just funny.

Big losses expected next two games than CR to leave.

And why the f*** go into the game labelling your own team as underdogs?? The mind boggles!

Sadly, It's about the only time this season anything he's said turned out to be correct and true.

Seems there was a lot of trouble after the game, smashed the windows on our fan buses when trying to leave and paramedics had to attend to a couple from what I've seen on Facebook. Hope everyone gets home safe.

Fingers crossed the council force them out of their ground. Scummy club who offer nothing to football apart from a throwback to the bad old days.

He said they deserved the win. More fight and character than us. Pretty honest round up.Just missed out the bit about really bad highly paid footballers, and coach.

Tactics lost us this game, so much space to utilise against 10 men and we laboured, passing sideways with aimless balls into the box when we did manage to string 5 passes together.

Gray substitution was baffling, as was Albrighton coming on over Mahrez.

Sevilla will be embarrassing.

I've just read posts on here saying CR is worse than Peter Taylor!  I know things are bad - mebee worse than bad - but worse than Peter Taylor??? Only one manager has been worse than him and he only lasted 9 games (8 losses I think!?!) and he was a total k**b called Paulo Sousa!! Apparently he's gone on to be quite successful but, WOW, what a pr**k!!

The worst of all this is the missed opportunity to build a 'dynasty' (a bit silly, but Press buzz word). When Forest had a shock title win they went on to have nearly 20 years near the top - and a couple of European Cups - and I was so looking forward to top half finishes / top players / cup wins / europe and that luvly sense of pride that comes with supporting a successful team. All we have to look forward to now is embarassment and struggling in the Championship. The joys of being a Leicester fan!

Words do not exist that can express my utter disgust at this shoddy outfit. This does feel like Wycombe...A game that I attended. Wednesday feels like a day set aside for an execution, just waiting for the bullets to be carted in.

Agree.

or the only player creating stuff Kapustka for an out of form albrighton that done 3 things

one cross

one trip

and one slip

Exactly.

Albrighton is very one dimensional, but ****ing hell, today it was like he was playing on ice.  Useless.

I don't know how Ranieri thought we were going to score when they were down to 10 men. Those are big men in the box situations and we had Okazaki and Musa were very few other bodies in the box. This was worse than when Bournemouth were down to 10 a year ago. With Okazaki on Musa's shoulders those two are still shorter than Peter Crouch. It's absolutely amateur.

Good point.

My point is were better playing 11 than 10. As soon as they went down to 10 and we were expected to win we turned crap!

It has to be a mindset thing. We are scared of loosing and the pressure has got to them. Perhaps when we have to save ourselves and the pressure is off we will be better. Perhaps

Initially, your reply annoyed me a little but when I re-read it I realised you are just clinging on to some hope that in some way we miraculously improve and avoid embarrassment in the CL and probable relegation. I am too I suppose, as I imagine many are. It just seems so forlorn though. I've tried to remain positive and have heartily laughed at some of the unbelievably negative posts on FT from this season (and it started very early). However, I have to concede now those people were proved to be correct, even that early in the season. What a bloody mess and an awful shame.

Said before and will repeat. Two defeats at Seville and home to Liverpool which are nailed on and he will leave/be moved upstairs.

its so sad but I am sick of feeling like I do at the moment.Off to Seville Monday which should be the pinnacle and most exciting time of following my team in well over 40 years but feel just going to see us humiliated and more pain.

I am sure in a couple of days I will find reasons to be optimistic ( or possibly not)

Utter sh*te the lot of them, not fit to wear the shirt, they should give up their pay today and fully refund all the fans for wasting the best part of a weekend just to watch a pantomime. What the hell will Sevilla do to us, cricket anyone!
