Chester Dontlie Posted 11 March 2018 Posted 11 March 2018 (edited) Diving bottlers. I didn't see a foul there. All the refs are gash. I can barely stand watching Dean's mug crap, game over :/ Edited 11 March 2018 by Chester Dontlie
AjcW Posted 11 March 2018 Posted 11 March 2018 Probably the worst free kick I’ve ever seen Why blame spurs? He was going to take the free kick short anyway! If his plan was to Launch it he’d have waited!! Typical Howe football biting them in the arse playing it short
Super_horns Posted 11 March 2018 Posted 11 March 2018 So typical Deeney would miss a penalty and we were on top then too. Brought the biggest cheer of the game from the Arsenal fans.

kingfox Posted 11 March 2018 Posted 11 March 2018 Son is the only Spurs player I like, most improved player in the Prem over the past few seasons, guys class. 2
AjcW Posted 11 March 2018 Posted 11 March 2018 Seriously why are commentators calling that gamesmanship? If he’d wanted to take that long he could have waited. He’d always intended to play it short (the Bournemouth way!!!) and now look at the mess it’s caused
Tuna Posted 11 March 2018 Posted 11 March 2018 We've got to stuff Bournemouth next season, can't believe we've not beaten them in 6 outings in the prem.
Ted Maul Posted 11 March 2018 Posted 11 March 2018 We should finish above Bournemouth and Watford after today's results. Only really Everton and Burnley we need to worry about unless we have another winless run. Just checked Burnley's fixtures- couldn't be much more favourable if they picked them. They've got a golden chance of Europe, and we would only have ourselves to blame for not overtaking them during their 2 month winless run. 1

Our game at Turf Moor will be crucial, we get 3 points above them after that game I'd back us to finish above them. 1

Haven't seen their fixtures but if they're against sides at the bottom they will have some motivation to avoid relegation . If we win the fixture against them I think we will stay up there . Might be at the expense of losing in the cup though
Corky Posted 11 March 2018 Posted 11 March 2018 The top 8 all have a positive goal difference now, everyone below us has a negative one in double figures.

This is of course true. And the team with most points at the end of the season will be declared the winners. But then the real maths start to establish by which formula Tottenham are the real champions. This year - highest average attendance x favorite team of Chas and Dave + number of years since last title win = The Real Champions 4

steveherbe Posted 11 March 2018 Posted 11 March 2018 How the flip can Arsenal report an attendance of 59,131 today? Thats only 700 under full capacity. There were thousands of empty seats. Only answer I can come up with, small club wanting to be a big club.
