UPinCarolina Posted 31 August 2017 Posted 31 August 2017 Best of luck to Mendy! I hope he can return to form and it'll be like getting a new signing in 2018-19.
urban.spaceman Posted 31 August 2017 Posted 31 August 2017 Shame it all went wrong for him just 56 minutes into his debut. Good luck Papy!
goose2010 Posted 31 August 2017 Posted 31 August 2017 Feel for the guy to be honest, hopefully he goes and had a good season in France
AKCJ Posted 31 August 2017 Posted 31 August 2017 Hope it works well and we can try again with him next season.
Tielemans63 Posted 31 August 2017 Posted 31 August 2017 Does this mean the Silva move is quite close then do we think?
Bob Weasel Fox Posted 31 August 2017 Posted 31 August 2017 Good luck to the lad, he has done nowt wrong. Hope he either gets a permanent transfer away or comes back an injury free more confident player
Chico1958 Posted 31 August 2017 Posted 31 August 2017 Best of luck to the guy, he didn't do anything wrong in my world His world must have been misery though...... I hope he goes there and proves his doubters wrong. Then, like James comes back to be a contender...... Hope it works out Little Guy
Blue ROI Posted 31 August 2017 Posted 31 August 2017 Glad that he has a chance to shine again. Shame it went so bad for him with us and his injury after such high hopes. Hate to say it but I don't believe he will be back.
somebum Posted 31 August 2017 Posted 31 August 2017 Prob put his injury on a bit English game too much for him, always looked a bit zoned out
MC Prussian Posted 31 August 2017 Posted 31 August 2017 Wish him well back in France. Just one of these odd foreign experiments that just wouldn't work out here at LCFC. I know he's been hit with bad luck when it comes to injuries, but there's shades of Gökhan Inler...

Clever Fox Posted 31 August 2017 Posted 31 August 2017 He is a good player. Just a shame what happened. I hope he gets through the season without injury, But i think we might have seen the last fo him.
Bryn Posted 31 August 2017 Posted 31 August 2017 I think this is a bit of a shame, I'd have liked us to look at him. My impression is he very much a defensive midfielder though and we clearly have no intention of deviating from a two man midfield.
