Webbo Posted 9 September 2017 Posted 9 September 2017 Schmichel's fvck up cost us a point. They probably deserved it though.
RoboFox Posted 9 September 2017 Posted 9 September 2017 Can't be too tough on the team after that. Chelsea just nicked it, could've been a totally different result on another day.
Tuna Posted 9 September 2017 Posted 9 September 2017 Good effort, disappointing result. Slim puts that chance away in the first half and it's a different game.
HankMarvin Posted 9 September 2017 Posted 9 September 2017 Lets hear how good we played? Too negative at home Again it seem damage limitation was in mind, good spell after we was 2-0 down 8Shots16 2Shots on target6 74%Pass Success %84% 63%Aerial Duel Success37% 6Dribbles won11 17Tackles21 Possession 40%60%
Guest Kopfkino Posted 9 September 2017 Posted 9 September 2017 Just not creative enough against the better sides, ultimately it was quite comfortable for Chelsea.
Vacamion Posted 9 September 2017 Posted 9 September 2017 Close to a point. Spirit. Fight. Riyad Mahrez gave the ball to more Chelsea players than Leicester City players. We move on.
GeorgeTheFox Posted 9 September 2017 Posted 9 September 2017 4 mins added on was a joke. Not too bad but a few dire performances. Overall we held our own
AjcW Posted 9 September 2017 Posted 9 September 2017 When we played 4-4-2 we were excellent. That 4-5-1 disaster was the deciding factor, that and Letting the Kante goal in.
Tielemans63 Posted 9 September 2017 Posted 9 September 2017 I'm beginning to think we're not going to win the league this year.
ZeGuy Posted 9 September 2017 Posted 9 September 2017 We're shite. Nah. It was to expect. With that midfield, this result ain't that bad.
Foxhateram Posted 9 September 2017 Posted 9 September 2017 If only we didn't fluff that counter. I think it would have been a different game. Sloppy defending again has cost us. We need a Silva and Dragovic in this team.
indierich06 Posted 9 September 2017 Posted 9 September 2017 Bit annoying, but we all knew this would be a tough start for us. Beat Brighton convincingly, good performance against Arsenal - didn't expect much out of Man U or Chelsea. Too early too judge how the team and manager are doing considering the games we've played.
HankMarvin Posted 9 September 2017 Posted 9 September 2017 Shakey shocking subs Mahrez shit up to 92 min king poop james poop positives Maguire wes played well Vardy good chasing down
katieakita Posted 9 September 2017 Posted 9 September 2017 At least it helps with the Silva appeal with the ref blowing up early before the minimum of 4 minutes extra time were played
richardsfoxes Posted 9 September 2017 Posted 9 September 2017 Can never fault the effort/passion/character of this team as they have that in a abundance but Jesus we lack SO much quality....
foxes_rule1978 Posted 9 September 2017 Posted 9 September 2017 Decent performance despite the result... tough start to the season but we will be okay I feel...
spacemunky Posted 9 September 2017 Posted 9 September 2017 I think Nacho will do very well with more playing time. Good effort today.
HoustonFox Posted 9 September 2017 Posted 9 September 2017 I just wrote something really intelligent and insightful and then some bugger merged the threads and it wouldn't let me post it. Can't be bothered to write it again. We lost. It was 2-1.
tickler28 Posted 9 September 2017 Posted 9 September 2017 Biggest positive was man of the match Ndidi...a beast amongst men!!
Rasmic123 Posted 9 September 2017 Posted 9 September 2017 Just now, HoustonFox said: I just wrote something really intelligent and insightful and then some bugger merged the threads and it wouldn't let me post it. Can't be bothered to write it again. We lost. It was 2-1. Same
EnderbyFox Posted 9 September 2017 Posted 9 September 2017 I like Matty James but N'didi is in a completely different league. Partner him with someone like Silva and hopefully we can compete better against the big teams.
Sampson Posted 9 September 2017 Posted 9 September 2017 Really need to get Iborra back asap. Slimani just shouldn't be starting. Him and Vardy just don't work. Ihaenacho and Okazaki should be ahead of him. At least Shinji brings the best out of Vardy. Morgan was great though. Easily our best player.
justfoxes Posted 9 September 2017 Posted 9 September 2017 Shaky you need to sort this out lad otherwise you'll have the "Shaky out brigade on your back !!" the loss is hard to take because of the way we lost Mahrez should have passed to Vardy 1 up but he tried to be clever passed to Slimani who fluffed his shot then instead the run down the pitch cross a lovely ball while we're napping and they score could Morgan have done more?? Then Kante has a lucky strike catches out Schmeical which you would have bet that he would keep it out but who know what happened there?? But then the sloppy play the balls we were playing passing to Chelski not chasing the balls but allowing them more possession and then loss of concentration and shape Mahrez blew hot and cold really thinking Shaky got this wrong today he needs to give Vardy and iheanacho time to gel together as these two could be lethal for us !! But all in all really disappointed with shaky and the lads today back to the drawing board shaky third loss in 4 the shaky out and told you so brigade are beginning to stir !!
