Bossman Blessed It Posted 24 October 2017 Posted 24 October 2017 Such a useful addition it seems. He commands the ball, controlling the tempo of our play in a fashion we've rarely seen recently. Showing real class and if he keeps this form up he's a steal for the price we paid.
Koke Posted 24 October 2017 Posted 24 October 2017 Took him a bit to integrate but he looks a proper player now. My only worry wirh him is he lacks pace.
Alf Bentley Posted 24 October 2017 Posted 24 October 2017 I thought his performance tonight was a bit more mixed than others are saying. But he does look a class above, just a little bit rusty still. Always finds space and good positions, calm in tight situations - and that pass for Iheanacho to set up Slimani's goal was delicious. Just gave the ball away a bit too much tonight - but I assume the temporary rust will soon be gone and the permanent class will shine through more brightly.
Vardinio'sCat Posted 24 October 2017 Posted 24 October 2017 Even though he is still settling in, you can see that his composure and influence is making the whole team work better. I think we should name one of the cities parks after him...
ScouseFox Posted 25 October 2017 Posted 25 October 2017 was rubbish in the first half but improved slightly in the second. still rather have Matt Oakley back.

dynamark Posted 26 October 2017 Posted 26 October 2017 I like his very even temperament .Nothing seems to over bother him on the pitch and doesn't wind up the officials.Could turn out to be a really good one.
ARM1968 Posted 26 October 2017 Posted 26 October 2017 But will he be a Puel player? Counts for everyone now I think. Don’t think CP will take any shit.

StriderHiryu Posted 29 October 2017 Posted 29 October 2017 Was Ok today, but a little bit loose both in possession and off the ball. Would have loved to have seen him score though! Would be nice to see more runs from deep from our centre mids.
FoxInTheBirstallBox Posted 29 October 2017 Posted 29 October 2017 Love him, distribution a bit off sometimes but absolute boss in the middle
Nick Posted 29 October 2017 Author Posted 29 October 2017 Immense today and in the first half some sublime touches and passes. Real quality. Didn't get everything right by any means but tire Rooney a new arsehole.
