There he is!

Thought top-left was Pearson.

Appleton seemed to have bladder issues..

Musa is happy as he knows he's stealing a living despite hardly featuring..

Who’s that sitting between Silva and Albrighton

Iheanacho.

It's all gone very quiet on whether he is pursuing a Personal Appeal to the CAS.  Does anyone have an update (I doubt it - 'cos the Club will never say anything !) ?

The club wouldn't be able to comment on his personal appeal

I think I spotted Silva just the other  day.  Seemed in a bit of a hurry to get out of here......

No that’s Jon Rudkin chasing after the owners shouting and pleading the silva affair was nothing to do with him

“Vichai sir your gracious leader I only used the clubs email for 14seconds honestly I know it was transfer deadline day but I only had to send a quick email to book the ping pong Grannies for the Office Christmas party  !!”

Well, the Club did say they would support his case with all the background information, if he ever went for a Personal Appeal !

I know, but it's still his appeal. They might help him but they wouldn't be able to tell anybody else about it without his say so.

There he is!

I'm a little short-sighted and as a result it looks to me like Schmeichel and Hamer are 8 feet tall and have CP and Top in a headlock !

It's the hands on the knees.....they look like actual knees !

(Just squint a bit to see what I mean)

Absolutely NOT drunk this time, just short-sighted.

I take it that he's playing for the reserves regularly and not fading away in terms of waiting about?

I think he can only play in closed-door friendlies, not in any sanctioned events, including the development team. But they seem to be doing a few of them (and given the number of players not getting playing time, my guess is Silva is not the only one they want to keep in shape. We are only three or four injuries away from Musa making the bench!)

Botched paperwork caps embarrassing two days for Browns

The Browns agreed to a trade with the Cincinnati Bengals for backup AJ McCarron that had them sending second- and third-round picks to the Bengals. Except the trade was not submitted on time. So the deal was not approved.

Something stinks in Peoria. And Lakewood. And Cleveland Heights. And Berea. Sashi Brown is a former legal counsel. He handled paperwork and contracts and had to be aware of all league requirements. This is a Harvard-educated front office, for crying out loud. To have any kind of chaos on this trade, any kind of botched submission simply stinks in a skunk-ish kind of way. If the deal is completed at 3:55 p.m. and you like the deal, you do everything you have to do to make sure everything is submitted on time. That the Browns didn't is one more embarrassment on a pile of embarrassments that is starting to look like Mount Vesuvius.

The Bengals told cleveland.com on Tuesday that they submitted their paperwork, that they never received anything signed from the Browns and that the Browns didn't submit their paperwork. The website also reported that the Bengals copied the Browns on their submissions. On Wednesday, the Bengals told various news outlets it found an email from the Browns, but it arrived just before the deadline while they were filing their paperwork. The Browns never submitted paperwork on their own.

(apologies for posting this here also.  But I hear the Browns will be looking for a new "Director of Football" and I have someone in mind.  They might throw in extra $$ for a place-kicker with PL experience.)

A christmas part time job in Morrisons to while away the time?
