yorkie1999 Posted 20 October 2017 Posted 20 October 2017 Problem for Silva is if we get a new manager in and he gets these chumps playing, Silva will end up being sidelined and having a bit part, and if the new manager doesn't get them playing, Silva could end up in the second tier of English football having signed a 3 year contract and his career down the pan.

murphy Posted 20 October 2017 Posted 20 October 2017 I think I spotted Silva just the other day. Seemed in a bit of a hurry to get out of here......
Mendi Posted 20 October 2017 Posted 20 October 2017 So what will happen with him, The last manager who wanted him is no where here now..

The club have wanted him for a few years now, not just shakey. Also once the new guy rocks up and sees the state of our midfield Silva will be just fine.

I didn't realise it at the time, but shouldn't Bob have been locked up for a few years? ? Or at least be on some sort of register that enforces a 200 metre no go area around schools and parks/playgrounds.

But off subject and relating it to football banter I worry that in a few years you'll get arrested for the crime of 'Singing at football.' I love good natured, funny banter even when sometimes it's close to the edge. Both given and taken. Sadly with all the things changed for the better, the complete sanitisation of football has began. You won't see people like Bob being able to show his true feelings on the terraces for much longer. I've got a young daughter now, so maybe in a way I'm glad.

SheppyFox Posted 22 October 2017 Posted 22 October 2017 If Silva doesn’t get into our crap midfield then he has no place in the PL, he will though and he does.
ealingfox Posted 22 October 2017 Posted 22 October 2017 Guessing we have just given up on this and waiting for January. By the time it's gone through CAS surely it'd be January anyway. If we took it to CAS anyway and they found in our favour would we have grounds to take legal action against FIFA?
Simi Posted 24 October 2017 Author Posted 24 October 2017 Statement from the club. Quote A Leicester City spokesman said: “It was our intention to submit an application to the Court of Arbitration for Sport for expedited proceedings so that the matter could be resolved as quickly as possible. However, it has been made clear to us that FIFA will not support an expedited process, forcing the Club to reluctantly accept the single-judge ruling of FIFA’s Players’ Status Committee without reasonable opportunity for independent arbitration that is timely enough to be effective. “Our frustration at the denial of effective due process doubles our disappointment at the original outcome and while the Club is now essentially powerless to continue to challenge the decision, we will continue to support Adrien in any personal appeal he wishes to undertake. “We intend to register Adrien at the earliest opportunity. In the meantime, he will remain under our care, training with the squad under the supervision of our coaching, medical and sport science staff.”

Monsell1976 Posted 24 October 2017 Posted 24 October 2017 So basically we have given up due to time, well what do you expect when you spend about a month thinking about going to court, over a month to put in the original appeal. What a ****ing shambles, if I was in silva shoes I’d be thinking of getting out as soon as I could, with these amateurs running the club, and with no manager, I’d be thinking, what the **** have I done coming here.
