The Chairperson is a figurehead whose job is to implement the wishes of the STH's. Web cams are set up around the training ground so that STHs can see how players are performing in training via the Internet. A STH's & Players Forum is established to discuss plans for the next game. Players will be obliged to join the Forum to discuss tactics. Season Ticket Holder Get An App Via the App, 24 hours before kickoff , the STHs vote on: 1) Formation 2) Players in each position 3) Players on substitute bench 1, 2 and 3 proceed on the basis of the majority vote The App would have additional functions such as voting for Substitutions to be made during a game. Guest speakers, Respected Ex players and Motivational speakers would perform team talks prior to kick off and at half time.
Captain... Posted 24 October 2017 Posted 24 October 2017 I can only see one problem with that, at home games there is no signal so it would be hard for all the STHs to vote for a sub, other than that I can't see any problems

This model is called 'My Football Club' and failed around 8 years ago at Ebbsfleet United.
