Not his best game at All but he’s clearly got real quality. He’s going to have to adapt to the Prem and having less time but don’t forget what a shitty time he’s had since joining.

James will never be good enough for the Premier League.

Adrien Silva should be, but apart from his little cameo as a sub on his debut he has been poor. Today I was willing him to succeed but truth is he was our worst player and deserved to get taken off.

Dont think he was our worst player. Albrighton probably gets that award, along with everyone except Maguire

Is Iborra even that creative? Admittedly I’ve never ever seen him play as I spent  the first half of the season away but I had him down as more a defensive player, picking them ball up deep and playing it wide, rather than driving forward and creating. What we desperately need is a no10

I think he came with such a reputation and everyone had such high expectations of him yet we’ve only seen glimmers of what he can do. Really hoped he would step up today but was really poor again!

Ok, you're right, he played one of the games. Was a regular starter in the confederations cup though last year. He definitely has the pedigree, he reminds me of Adam Lallana who I think would get in our team

Yes, he played 4 games in an uninspiring micky mouse competition where Portugal didn't actually hit the heights. Not that much of a pedigree really when you look into it.  Decent player. ..yes, worth 29m, don't think so thus far. Can he adapt? Possibly but there were probably better younger candedates at half the price,  poor scouting imo as he was hardly unknown was he. Doubt the league he was playing in bar about 3 teams is much better than our Championship at most.

Not in the sense you probably think, it's more his range of passing that makes him very useful.

I don't know what some of you expect. He's joined from a different league, missed half the season and doesn't play consistently enough to even find a bit of form. You can't expect any player to come in and look superb.

I’d expect a bit better than yesterday... he was poor...

He doesn’t have to win the game single handed, but, I’d expect him to have offered a bit more than he did...  it was basics that he was getting wrong...

Again, as you point out, he’s had a fairly tough start to his City career and I hope he develops, but, I’m not encouraged (yet!)

I think Silva was pretty ineffective today which is disappointing, however I think he is worth perservering with and giving a run of games to prove that he is the gem of a player that I and some others thought he was.  We need to play him for him to adapt, we're not going down.

And for those saying that he's rubbish because he played in a mickey mouse league, you do realise he is a Portugese international, Euro Championship winner and Champions League regular?

Morons.

It actually wasn’t him... it’s the players around him. If you actually watch how he plays he always makes himself available, and is alsways looking for the next pass to then get on his bike again.

However were so ****ing static it’s painful, he gets he ball, looks up and sees at least 9 players stood.... staring vacantly pointing in random directions, I feel sorry for him I really do.

heres a stat for u we have not won a game since he dropped iborra, maybe that shows how good his passing game is.

We definitely miss his ball retention in midfield as well, it's very clear

Will come good, keep the Faith.

Funny how Leicester buy these established internationals and they become dog turd over night.

Perhaps its us that cannot handle quality players correctly? Play them in their comfortable positions would be a great start.

ur 100% right play them for the position u bought them for and give them game time, ndidi is a prime ex sample he was given game time, cant say the same about to many others we have bought.

Ha ha are you kidding me completely unpressured he kept giving the ball away. To suggest that's the fault of others is ridiculous yesterday, he just wasn't finding them simple as that.

Yes options are limited, but handing the ball to the oppo was his poor play.

Huddersfield and Watford didn't happen?

It's absolutely ridiculous over the last year or so how whenever Silva, Iborra or Ndidi give the ball away a certain section of fans blame it on Matt James or Andy King.

Talk about seeing what you want to see.
