I don't believe we really need too much in this window, Amartey has taken the pressure off the right back situation & Dragovic is doing great at CB. No glaring holes really !!! Must be something we can blame Rudkin for though.

We've developed a right back replacement. Our midfield is full. We're got more strikers than we know what to do with. We have two new centre halfs. Two really good left backs. We probably only need a winger, but haven't we bought one. I don't actually think we need anymore else now unless someone leaves. 3

If we were in talks with players IE deals agreed that kept breaking down, then you'd have a point. I'm not convinced we need much if anything this transfer window in any case, Amartey is playing well and we have Simmo to come back, we've an abundance of strikers, central midfielders and wingers with Barnes back in the squad and we have plenty of defenders with Huth and Morgan to come back. Dragovic is looking good. We're very well covered in all areas. Claude is clearly taking the opportunity to look at what he has and is giving everyone a chance. Why replace players without giving them a chance first?

Whatever the speculation about his competence, he’s presided over the most successful period the club has ever had!
