The bid was Cash plus Roberts we turned it down insisting on £90m cash

No it wasn't. Why would the deal include a player who is currently on loan AND injured?

Does he even deserve to be on the team sheet for a while if he stays? Will the players want to play with him?

In my eyes it sends out the completely wrong message to behave like an absolutely disrespectful **** and walk back into the team.

I'm quite disappointed the deal is off. Lost all respect for him.

Offering us an injured player who's out on loan anyway?

How can the SSN reporter claim no bid was made just informal talks “which is consistent with what Sky Sports has been reporting” but have a headline in the bottom corner of the screen saying Man City make fourth and final bid?

They do talk some shit to make it sound like they’re always right.

The deal is not off... they'll bid again.. itls all games and kidology.

Explain?

We're not going to go back to them begging for a deal. We don't need to sell him.

There is no benefit to saying the deal is off at all. Even Sky Sports lose by saying it, so they wouldn't say it unless it was true.
