Many, if not most of them were actually born in France, the former country of oppression, but identify as Algerian.

Wow, that is doubly ironic lol, given that we support a  city which has seen so much immigration from former colonies, to their former country of oppression. I personally support Ireland when England don't feature, who have oppressed the Irish for centuries.
