If I was the gaffer injured or not he would be on the bench tonight and brought on in full kit with a minute to go ,

This should happen after we didnt even bring on Wasyl for his last home game.

Robert Huth, Robert Huth

I know you wont believe

Robert Huth, Robert Huth

Helped us win the league

I guess you'll have heard

Scored against the Spurs

Robert Huth, Robert Huth, Robert Huth

Ok it's to Robin Hood but surely better than 'there's only one Robert Huth' ?

Unless you can do better.

Fantastic signing. No idea why Stoke let him go, but couldn't be happier that they did.

Like someone else said - Huth is probably the most important signing we've ever made. It was him who shored up the defence, while also helping Wes up his game, during the great escape and title win.

Thank you, Robert. You will be missed.

The greatest tweet ever.

The man pocketed the whole Man City team that day.

His header at White Hart Lane is one of my all time favourite City moments. Legend. Iconic cult hero. Underrated defender because he didn't look composed on the ball but an absolute man mountain of defender and one of the finest we have ever had.

Such a shame he's been injured all season, him and Maguire could have made a good partnership. Huth the organiser and Maguire the ball player would have been nice rather than the dross we've seen from Morgan this season! One of our greatest ever signings and he definitely goes down as a club legend! Top player and top guy and a huge loss for our club. You just can't replace players like him!

Can't decide on his greatest ever moment for the club.

  • The header at Spurs - late goal, just plants his feet and twats it in from 12 yards.
  • The "So if you're just joining us.... #lcfc are leading 3-0 and Robert Huth is on a hat-trick" tweet
  • Stoke free kick.
  • This Arsenal tweet:

Might do a poll if there's any I've missed.

Or when Louis van Gaal accused Huth of engaging in sex masochism.

Iconic man and I will loads of fond memories of him.

What was so good about Huth was that he got the job done. None of this crap like we've got now with Maguire who tries to pass it out but 99% of the time fails and seems to think he can play wherever he wants. Maguire would do well to ask Huth for a couple of tips before he leaves.

Solid player - vastly underrated by some because he wasn’t the best on the ball but I’d probably say the best out and out defender I’ve seen at Leicester in my lifetime.

Huge loss in the changing room

His ability to organise the back 4 has been sorely missed.
